Please help us congratulate Ms. Wyatt and Ms. Santana the Apple of Our Eye this month! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication. A Letter from a Parent: Dear Primrose, A little over a year ago, my 5 year old son, Miguel was blessed to have an opportunity to start school here at your facility. I remember walking him in on his first day, and meeting Ms. Wyatt and Ms. Santana for the first time. Miguel was a little nervous (as was I) and did not want to stay, but they both reassured me he was in good hands. Little did I know at the time, that these two amazing women would be a Godsend to my son and our family. From day one, these two teachers have provided an environment that is both nurturing and supportive for Miguel. They have always promoted his independence, held him to high expectations, and assisted him in reaching his maximum potential. Ms. Wyatt and Ms. Santana have also helped us tremendously this past year with "potty training", and his transition into afternoon pre-k. I also appreciate their patience and willingness to understand Miguel's speech, and behavior in order to help him develop classroom skills. These efforts will without a doubt assist him going into Kindergarten next year. It is for this reason that I am writing to you today. I would like to recognize Ms. Wyatt and Ms. Santana for the amazing care they have provided for our son. They have definitely seen beyond my son's disability and recognized his strengths, while helping him overcome his weaknesses. They both emulate every value that Primrose promises when providing exceptional care to our children and for that I am forever thankful! Sincerely, Maria Landingin

More broccoli please," said no child ever. Until now.
There’s a reason for the phrase the terrible twos. We’ve all seen a toddler meltdown happen – in the checkout line, at the dinner table or in the toy aisle.
Have you noticed your child clinging to you more than usual? Or that he becomes extremely upset when saying goodbye? These are examples of separation anxiety, which is very typical among young children.
