Regional School Director, Primrose School of Avon | Westlake | North Ridgeville | Copley-Fairlawn | Beachwood | Wadsworth | Twinsburg

My name is Lori Monday, and I am so excited to be part of the Primrose family. I am the Regional School Director for Primrose School of Avon, Primrose School of Westlake, and Primrose School of North Ridgeville.

I have over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, with pleasure of serving as the School Director at Primrose School of Avon since the opening in March 2015.

Prior to that I have been in the early childhood industry since 1993 and have had the pleasure of serving in several roles, which included teaching Pre- Kindergarten, teaching Kindergarten, Supervisor of the Toddler Building, Assistant School Director, School Director. I also have had the privilege of working in the early childhood department of an inter-generational center in Erie, PA. In 2003, I took up the position of a Center Director at a NAEYC Accredited and Step Up to Quality Star 3 rated center. I loved being part of the community and was proud of all the young lives me and my team were impacting.

I am thrilled to be a part of the Primrose Schools family and this exciting journey. All aspects of Primrose school are child focused and take into account the best that early childhood education has to offer. The Primrose philosophy of balanced learning takes into account many trusted theories of education. With these tools we are able to provide the best early childhood education that is offered in the industry.

In my current role, I oversee and act as a liaison between the three schools, working closely with families, staff, respective school directors and the owners Jai & Divya Singh. I look forward to supporting each of you to continue bringing Primrose Schools mission and the quality of service.

Regional Operations Director

My name is Stephanie Tillman, and I am excited to be part of the Primrose Schools family as the Regional Operations Director.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services from the University at Buffalo and bring over 17 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, curriculum director, school director, and district director. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of both daily school operations and the systems that support long-term success.

Much of my work focuses on supporting school leadership teams, strengthening operational processes, and ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across multiple schools. I enjoy partnering with directors and staff to build strong foundations so educators feel supported and children can learn and grow in safe, nurturing, and engaging environments.

I am especially excited to join Primrose Schools because of its commitment to balanced learning and high standards of excellence. The Primrose philosophy aligns closely with my own beliefs about early childhood education, where intentional teaching, strong relationships, and thoughtful operations work together to support the development of the whole child.

In my role as Regional Operations Director, I work closely with school leaders, staff, families, and owners to support each school’s success. I am grateful to be part of this journey and to help ensure every family experiences the quality and care that define Primrose Schools.

I’m Ms. Reynolds. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

Hello Families! I began my journey 9 years ago with Mr. and Mrs. Singh and
was very involved in the training and development of our new staff on a more
personal level. I truly believe in the Primrose Balanced Learning Curriculum
and I’m so excited to begin this chapter and start working hands on with our
Veteran staff members as well as onboard all the newer staff to meet the
expectations of Primrose.

I’m Ms. Ripley. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I always knew I had a passion for early childhood and nurturing the lives of our future. With my many years of experience and various roles held, I look
forward to serving all the staff and families in our Primrose Community. I am passionate about building strong relationships with all my families and teachers along with creating an environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn each day! Seeing classrooms thrive, watching teachers grow, partnering with families to support each child’s development, and creating a home away from home for all- is incredibly rewarding.

When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with my family whether it’s supporting their extra curriculars, on a vacation, baking goods, or playing family games. I’m a proud mom of 3 who loves Sunday brunches and Taco Tuesday. I’m also a fur mom to four crazy cats: Dax, Darcy, Donnie & Dottie. I love iced coffee and sweet treats!

I look forward to meeting your family and welcoming you to my home away from home.

I’m Ms. Jones. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

After so many years in child welfare, I decided to take a step into a more positive direction with young children’s development. When it came time to finding nurturing care for my daughter, I easily found my values aligned with Primrose Schools. At Primrose, I look forward to being a part of your child’s development and journey! Ohio is the eighth state I have lived in and we moved here to be closer to family where it’s quickly started to feel like home. In my free time I like arts and crafts, reading a good thriller, and watching Marvel movies with my three pups. Bats are my favorite and it’s Halloween everyday in my household!

I grew up in upstate New York and moved to Ohio with my family in 2013. I
love Ohio and exploring the Metroparks with my dogs and sister. Working with
children brings me joy and I love putting a smile on their faces just as much as
they make me smile. If I’m not exploring the outdoors, I’m reading and
drinking coffee. I would take a cool Autumn day over a sunny summer day
everytime!

Franchise Owner

Jai and Divya Singh

Meet Divya and Jai Singh – proud Franchise Owners of Primrose School of Avon, Primrose School of Westlake, and coming soon Primrose School of North Ridgeville. Longtime residents of Cleveland, the Singh’s began their entrepreneurial journey in 2011. They are thrilled to bring the Primrose experience offering premier early education and care to families in the Westlake community.

Divya and Jai have three daughters – Baani, Myra and Noor. They first discovered Primrose in 2011 when they were searching for high-quality education and care providers for their oldest daughter Baani. After learning about Primrose through a family member, they toured the nearest school at the time, more than two hours away, and immediately fell in love with the curriculum and culture. Recognizing that the community they wanted to raise their children in did not offer what Primrose could offer, they made the decision to open their own Primrose school. Baani and Myra have attended and Noor attends Primrose School of Avon.

Divya and Jai, middle school sweethearts, are originally from India and relocated to the United States to pursue higher education. Coming from a cultural background that greatly values education, the Singh’s knew that opening a Primrose school would give them the opportunity to offer a high-quality preschool education not only for their own children but also for the children and families of the greater Avon area.

Prior to becoming Franchise Owners, Divya always had a strong passion to work with children. She attended Cleveland State University and earned a master’s degree in occupational therapy and is also a licensed occupational therapist with specializations in pediatric and geriatric therapy. Jai works in technology sales and earned his master’s degree in computer science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

“After touring a Primrose school and learning about the impact the exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum has on a child’s cognitive, social and emotional development, we immediately knew Primrose was the right fit for our family and for our community,” said Divya. “Our children are our inspiration for this school and we not only look forward to providing them with the best education, but also introducing Primrose to Avon families and offering their children the same high-quality education and care.”

The Singh’s goal is to offer an atmosphere where children can grow their Active Minds, Healthy Bodies and Happy Hearts® and provide parents with peace of mind knowing their children are well cared for and receiving a premier education. At the school, Divya will handle the day-to-day operations working closely with parents, children and staff. Jai will also play an active role in supporting the new school, while continuing his career in technology sales.

Primrose School of North Ridgeville features the exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum for children ages 6 weeks to 6-years-old. Developed by, and taught exclusively at Primrose Schools, the research-based curriculum blends purposeful play and nurturing guidance by teachers with emphasis on life skills and character development.
