Ms. Monday
Regional School Director

My name is Lori Monday, and I am so excited to be part of the Primrose family. I am the Regional School Director for Primrose School of Avon, Primrose School of Westlake, and Primrose School of North Ridgeville.

I have over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, with pleasure of serving as the School Director at Primrose School of Avon since the opening in March 2015.

Prior to that I have been in the early childhood industry since 1993 and have had the pleasure of serving in several roles, which included teaching Pre- Kindergarten, teaching Kindergarten, Supervisor of the Toddler Building, Assistant School Director, School Director. I also have had the privilege of working in the early childhood department of an inter-generational center in Erie, PA. In 2003, I took up the position of a Center Director at a NAEYC Accredited and Step Up to Quality Star 3 rated center. I loved being part of the community and was proud of all the young lives me and my team were impacting.

I am thrilled to be a part of the Primrose Schools family and this exciting journey. All aspects of Primrose school are child focused and take into account the best that early childhood education has to offer. The Primrose philosophy of balanced learning takes into account many trusted theories of education. With these tools we are able to provide the best early childhood education that is offered in the industry.

In my current role, I oversee and act as a liaison between the three schools, working closely with families, staff, respective school directors and the owners Jai & Divya Singh. I look forward to supporting each of you to continue bringing Primrose Schools mission and the quality of service.

Regional Operations Director

My name is Stephanie Tillman, and I am excited to be part of the Primrose Schools family as the Regional Operations Director.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services from the University at Buffalo and bring over 17 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, curriculum director, school director, and district director. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of both daily school operations and the systems that support long-term success.

Much of my work focuses on supporting school leadership teams, strengthening operational processes, and ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across multiple schools. I enjoy partnering with directors and staff to build strong foundations so educators feel supported and children can learn and grow in safe, nurturing, and engaging environments.

I am especially excited to join Primrose Schools because of its commitment to balanced learning and high standards of excellence. The Primrose philosophy aligns closely with my own beliefs about early childhood education, where intentional teaching, strong relationships, and thoughtful operations work together to support the development of the whole child.

In my role as Regional Operations Director, I work closely with school leaders, staff, families, and owners to support each school’s success. I am grateful to be part of this journey and to help ensure every family experiences the quality and care that define Primrose Schools.

I’m Ms. Jones. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

After so many years in child welfare, I decided to take a step into a more positive direction with young children’s development. When it came time to finding nurturing care for my daughter, I easily found my values aligned with Primrose Schools. At Primrose, I look forward to being a part of your child’s development and journey! Ohio is the eighth state I have lived in and we moved here to be closer to family where it’s quickly started to feel like home. In my free time I like arts and crafts, reading a good thriller, and watching Marvel movies with my three pups. Bats are my favorite and it’s Halloween everyday in my household!
