At Primrose, your child will get more than an infant daycare experience. Our teachers help your child develop and grow, building one skill upon another, which is why we are the leader in infant child care.
Children feel a sense of belonging when they relate to characters in books. Here are some of the books we read in our classrooms that introduce children to different backgrounds.
As we begin the year, we foster a sense of belonging by using scientific observation to examine the similarities and differences we share in eye, skin and hair color.
We begin the year with lessons that foster a sense of belonging and help children to recognize, respect and celebrate how we are all alike and different.
On Friday, the Primrose School of North Edison celebrated National Lemonade Day! Each classroom worked together to help create lemonade and lemon cookies for our stand. Our Pre-Kindergarten and Summer Adventure Club students even helped to decorate the stand with their own signs. Thank you to all the families who came out, we hope you enjoyed the special treat!

The benefits of music for young children are undeniable. That’s why we created the Harmony & Heart® program, a unique approach designed to help children grow as students, musicians and people. Keep the fun and learning going at home — the first of four original music collections is available now.

Our little grads have big dreams! We celebrated our graduates with parents and teachers in a small outdoor ceremony on Friday June 11 2021. There was dancing, singing, a few words of wisdom and gratitude, sense of accomplishment, lots of smiles & giggles and a few tears. It was an amazing year and we feel really proud of what our Kindergartners have achieved and how much they have grown. We can’t wait to see what they will accomplish next! Thanks to all of you who made it possible. A special thanks to Ms. Rachel and Ms. Pratibha for preparing our Kindergartners for success in years to come.
Thank you to all of our wonderful families who came out for our first annual Spring Fling Fundraiser Event! We had a great time and hope that you all did too! We are very proud of the donation that we will be making to No Kid Hungry, and it is all thanks to your participation and generosity.

Our students had a blast during our Easter Egg Hunt! Did you know that a deep understanding and appreciation of others begins in early childhood. Concepts related to diversity, culture and cultural intelligence are extremely important at Primrose and are woven throughout the Balanced Learning curriculum in a developmentally appropriate way. Our students participate in a variety of holiday activities so that they can share in the joy with their classmates and friends!
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
This week, we celebrated Holi, an Indian festival also known as "festival of love" and "festival of colors" to welcome the Arrival of Spring. Celebrating cultures and festivals from around the world, provide children an opportunity to learn how alike or different they are from their friends and promote awareness of diversity. Our students and teachers had a few minutes to take off the masks and turn on the smiles for this outdoor Holi celebration!
Congratulations to our Mar'21 Family of the Month, The Aiello Family! We look forward to having Dominic explore new work stations every day and learn new life skills.
