Primrose School would love to meet your family.
Schedule A TourThank you for your interest in our school. My name is Jackie Bell and I, along with my husband, Tom, and our friend Randy Brown, partnered to open the Primrose School of Noblesville in October of 2008. I am the luckiest one of the group as I get to oversee operations at the school on a daily basis. I'm not sure which I love more; working with our staff, visiting with the parents or playing with the children. Tom and I have been interested in the education of children for many years. He has his B.S. in Physical Education and his Masters Degree in Special Education. Plus, he holds his Indiana School Administrator License. Tom is currently the Director of Special Education at Hamilton Southeastern Schools. My B.S. Degree is in Natural Resources; however, my experiences working with children have helped me to understand the importance of a quality education. Tom and I have had the pleasure of raising three wonderful children and during their younger years I found great enjoyment in finding activities that would help them prepare for the next milestone and reach their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. I also spent several years in the classroom as a substitute teacher in the Noblesville school system. I found it very rewarding. It gave me the opportunity to be in many different classrooms and experience many different teaching styles. The knowledge and understanding of classroom management that I obtained while substituting has come in very useful while operating our school. Together, Tom and I have over 25 years experience in educating children and when we came across Primrose Schools, we knew we had found a perfect fit for us. The research based Balanced Learning approach used by Primrose goes right along with our belief that children need to be nurtured not only cognitively but also socially, emotionally and physically. Our goal is to help children reach their full potential in all of the learning domains and to become well rounded individuals.
We are conveniently located on North Point Boulevard, minutes down the street from Prospect Park and Stony Creek Elementary School. Unlike an ordinary daycare in Noblesville, we provide your child with a robust early education and child care experience.

Our new exclusive Harmony & Heart® program integrates our proprietary music and books in a variety of thoughtful ways each day. Through learning about music, while simultaneously being exposed to concepts in math, language, and character development, your child will grow as a musician, a student, and a person.

At Primrose Schools® Summer Adventure Club, learning meets fun through hands-on activities—like sports, robotics, and more—that encourage creativity, compassion and resourcefulness.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
"A teacher takes a hand, opens a mind, and touches a heart." Thank you to all of our parents for helping us celebrate all of our amazing teachers last week!! #teacherappreciationweek2022
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
The way Preschool 2 cares for the Earth and for their bodies!
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Spring Fling! Our families went above and beyond to help us raise money for the Primrose Children's Foundation and the local charity Fueled for School. Fueled for School provides food insecure youth with nutritious meal packs, promoting the educational value of nutrition, increasing access to local food, and instilling hope for Hamilton County children. Thank you for helping us do our part to support the children in our community!
The Easter Bunny left us a surprise out on the playgrounds this morning!

The winner of the 2021 Pumpkin Decorating contest and Costume Contest goes to the one and only Preschool 1 classroom (Ms. Liz and Ms. Layman) and the Preschool Pathways Classroom (Ms. Ervin)!
We are proud to announce that we reached the standards for Level 4 Paths to Quality again this year! This is the highest level achievable in the state of Indiana. We couldn't have done this without the commitment to greater education from our Teachers and Leadership Team!
The Caring and Giving Food Drive is a great opportunity for the Primrose School of Noblesville children to learn the joy of giving back firsthand as they practice compassion and generosity. Our families collected a total of 640 items! All contributions will be given to the Good Samaritan Network of Hamilton County.
The 2020 campaign season is over for the Kindergarten students! At Primrose, Election Day isn’t about who wins or loses. It’s organized to help our students understand the importance of civic involvement and being aware of their community, of friends in their classroom, and their neighborhood. At the Primrose Election Day Event, the children showed voter I.D. cards, cast their ballots and received “I Voted!” stickers. And the results: Mia the Mouse was the big winner, and Apples and Goldfish for the winning snack!
