Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Rohini Awal
Hi! My name is Ms. Rohini! Welcome to Preschool Pathways One! I have a little over 5 years of experience teaching and this is my first year here at Primrose! I am so excited to be here! I am married with two children, my daughter is 12 and my son is 10! I am thrilled to get the opportunity to work with you child and be a part of their learning journey. As a teacher my goal is to create a positive and nurturing environment where each child can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Together I know we can make this year a rewarding an memorable one for all!

Priyanka Kadwaikar
Hello! I’m Priyanka! I wanted to tell you a little about myself!
I moved to Naperville three years ago with my husband and two children. I joined Primrose one year ago with sheer interest in child development. It has been a wonderful experience! From seeing the Infants and Toddlers development to being with my coworkers Ms. Devi and Ms. Susan. Everyday is a joyful moment for me to get involved with amazing kids and cohort!

Vishali Komatireddy
I’m Ms. Vishali ! I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I have been teaching for six years now at Primrose. I’ve worked with students of various ages from Infants to Preschool Pathways! I enjoy spending time with my family by watching movies, going out to eat and going on vacation! I also enjoy cooking and trying various recipes. I am a mother of 2 children. I realized working with children was my passion and it makes every day not feel like work! I enjoy coming to teach, engage and communicate with all the children. It’s amazing how welcoming all the children have been! I am so excited to have your child in my classroom!
