Meet Ms. Katie

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a focus in Early Childhood Education from St. Bonaventure University, Ms. Katie brings 15 years of hands-on experience in the early childhood field—12 of those in leadership, including 4 years as Director of Preschool Operations overseeing 4 preschool sites.

Ms. Katie is passionate about creating nurturing, supportive environments where children, families, and teachers can all thrive. She loves connecting with families and sharing the joy of early learning.

When she’s not inspiring young minds, Ms. Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, running, and catching live music events.

Meet Ms. Liza

Ms. Liza brings a unique blend of hospitality expertise and early childhood passion to our school. She holds an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology and completed her internship through the Walt Disney World Advanced College Program, gaining valuable leadership experience. With over 15 years in hospitality service and management, Ms. Liza knows how to create welcoming, well-organized environments.

Her love for children inspired her to open her own daycare, where she spent four years helping children learn, grow, and develop new skills—before closing it during the COVID pandemic. Now, as an Education Coach at Primrose School of Leesburg, she combines her management expertise with her passion for early learning, supporting both children and teachers to thrive.

Ms. Liza lives in Leesburg with her husband and two children. She enjoys watching her kids play basketball and volleyball, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Meet Ms. Vanessa

Born in Cali, Colombia, Ms. Vanessa moved to the United States at 16 and discovered her passion for early childhood education in 2016, earning her degree in 2018. Since then, she has had the joy of working with children of all ages, from infants to school-age students, helping them grow, learn, and thrive.

Throughout her career, Ms. Vanessa has held roles including Assistant Director, School Educational Manager, and Director, an accomplishment she is proud of and hopes to pursue again in the future. She is dedicated to creating positive, nurturing environments where children feel supported and inspired every day.

Outside the classroom, Ms. Vanessa enjoys traveling, trying new foods, staying active with her family, and spending time with their beloved fur baby.

Meet Ms. Dresden

Meet Ms. Ivonne

Ms. Ivonne brings over 20 years of culinary experience in licensed childcare settings, including 8 years at another Primrose School in Virginia. She has a true passion for creating delicious, nutritious, and healthy meals that delight both children and staff.

With a degree in Early Childhood Development from Penn Foster College and SafeServ certification, Ms. Ivonne is highly knowledgeable in Virginia Licensing Standards and Health Department requirements. Known for her organized and structured approach, she ensures everything runs smoothly in the kitchen while encouraging teachers and children to explore new recipes—and she loves seeing everyone enjoy her creations!

Meet Ms. Evelyn

Ms. Evelyn brings over 10 years of experience in school kitchens, including 12 years with the School House Grill, providing meals for private schools and daycare centers. She is SafeServ certified and well-versed in Virginia Licensing Standards and Health Department requirements, ensuring every meal is safe, healthy, and delicious.

Ms. Evelyn lives in Leesburg with her husband and their five children, and she takes pride in supporting the nutrition and well-being of the children and staff at our school.

Meet Ms. Ashley!

Ms. Ashley brings energy, creativity, and a love of learning to every classroom. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University in 2021 and recently moved to Virginia from Columbus, Ohio, where she spent three wonderful years teaching Kindergarten. She is passionate about nurturing each child’s curiosity and helping them grow, one exciting discovery at a time.

When she’s not in the classroom, Ms. Ashley enjoys staying active at the gym, diving into a good book, catching live music at concerts, and hunting for unique vinyl records to add to her growing collection.
