Franchise Owner

Frank and Erin Lundie

We are Frank and Erin Lundie – the proud Franchise Owners of Primrose School of Lantana. As Primrose parents of three children – Claire, Adelaide and Graham – we are thrilled to bring the Primrose experience of premier early education and care to families of the Lantana and Argyle community.

Frank, originally from South Africa, and Erin, originally from Dallas, met in 2001 while working as camp counselors. In 2004, Frank moved to the U.S. to marry Erin.

Erin’s first introduction to Primrose was through her father who had done legal work with Primrose. Through her father’s work, Erin came to know more about the brand and the exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum that Primrose offers students. Erin has always been passionate about education, so when she and Frank began searching for high-quality early education and care providers for their oldest daughter, Claire, Primrose was their first choice. Claire, Adelaide and Graham are Primrose graduates, having attended from infancy through the school’s Explorer program.

Erin has been a lifelong educator, graduating from Texas A&M with a B.A. in education. She has taught at the elementary school level, served as an IT coordinator for multiple schools, and coordinated the International Baccalaureate program at a newly opened elementary school. More recently and after earning her Masters of Educational Administration degree, Erin was an assistant principal at an elementary school in the Austin area where she worked daily with students to help foster their learning and development. Frank, an entrepreneur at heart, has always had the desire to own his own business. He previously worked in the construction industry serving as project coordinator, supervisor, and manager before becoming a Franchise Owner. Frank has a strong background in business and finance with a degree in Business Administration. Both Erin and Frank are excited to transfer their skills and passions to help children learn and grow in the nurturing and safe environment of their Primrose school.

As Primrose parents who have seen firsthand how our children excelled both academically and socially, we knew Primrose was the right choice for us, and we wanted to offer other families in our community the same opportunity. We’re thrilled to be able provide the children of Lantana with the high-quality early education and care that they deserve, and we look forward to welcoming them into our school.

Our goal is to ensure Lantana-area children are loved and cared for; our Primrose school provides an atmosphere where children can grow their Active Minds, Healthy Bodies and Happy Hearts®. We are hands-on at the school handling the day-to-day operations and working closely with parents, children and staff. We are thrilled to provide parents with peace of mind knowing their children are in a nurturing environment where they can reach their fullest potential.

Our family would love to meet yours.
