We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Preschool 1 Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As a Primrose Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of children, employing various teaching methods and engaging activities to promote growth and learning.

Responsibilities

• Implement Primrose curriculum
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Conduct regular assessments of children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s development and address any concerns.
• Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote health and fitness among students.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that is conducive to learning and exploration.

Skills

• Strong background in early childhood education principles
• Proficient in classroom management techniques to create a structured learning environment.
• Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies to support diverse learners effectively.
• Ability to implement childcare best practices that ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
