Director

Hello, I am Julianna RIcketts. I am honored to be the Director of Primrose School of Lake Nona. I am a wife and mother of 5 beautiful daughters, ages 4-19. They make every day so much fun. I started my career as a preschool director in 2001 because I wanted my children to be with other children their own age. Their social skills did increase, however, they learned and experienced so much more. As a parent, I learned so much too, that I wanted other parents to experience a safe, happy and fun place for their precious little ones to learn. That strong preschool foundation set my children up for future success. My hope is that every child will have an amazing experience at Primrose and that parents will partner with us in the guiding and nurturing of their child’s education.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University and have a Florida Director’s Credential. My goal is to continue to grow as an Early Learning Education professional providing the best possible learning experience for both children and parents. I love the Balanced Learning approach at Primrose, where every child is guided, and their creativity shines, as they learn to be compassionate, confident and curious, buildingskills that will change the world.

Manoj and Seema Naik

Hello! My name is Seema Naik and it is a privilege for my husband Manoj and I to serve the children and families of Avalon Park and Lake Nona and its surrounding communities.

As parents of two children our Primrose story began over 16 years ago when we realized the challenges of finding quality childcare where we lived. It was then, that I envisioned partnering with a program that provided a balanced and overall approach to child development. We are excited to bring to your families “The Primrose Balanced learning approach” as proud new owners of Primrose School at Avalon Park.

My past career has been with a large financial institution assuming a varied number of positions including that of an Auditor as well as Regional Customer Service Manager. My life philosophy has always been to be actively involved in our community and our family is a strong advocate of volunteering and contributing to society. You will often find us with our children volunteering at Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank and in Senior Assisted Living homes. One of my passions is teaching cultural dance to children in our society and I have successfully competed in many competitions. The most rewarding aspect for me is how this has helped children with self confidence and social skills whilst staying active.

We are excited and looking forward to continuing the traditions of Primrose School at Avalon Park and look forward to delivering an exceptional childhood learning experience to our children and families here at Primrose School of Lake Nona.

Our staff of teachers are talented and passionate and they know they’re making a difference in the lives of our children, our families, and our community. Being a parent I realize what an important decision choosing childcare is. I know you will be impressed with our school as we partner with you to nurture and educate your child.

Our family would love to meet yours.
