Hi Klyde Warren Park Families,

Hi, my name is Bela Desai, and I am thrilled to lead such amazing schools as the Franchise Owner-Operating Partner for Rigley Primrose Schools. I am grateful for the opportunity to lead such a strong and nurturing team! I am committed to continue to represent Primrose in Dr. Rigley’s distinguished brand.

I am originally from Kansas City. I moved to the Lone Star state for my college education in Nursing. While in college, my journey in teaching began with Primrose Schools in 2009. Primrose helped me realize my true passion, Early Childhood Education! I was motivated to pursue my degree in the field of education. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Health Studies in Child Development and my Master’s in Education in Educational Leadership. I am certified in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. I have also received my Texas Training Registry to conduct faculty trainings in the state of Texas.

In 2018 I made a career change. I joined a childcare corporate company for a year and half. I served as a Consultant and Mentor for over 50 Franchisee’s and Directors guiding best practices to provide high-quality early childhood education. It was during this time I came to the realization that my heart was with Primrose.

I joined the Rigley Primrose team as the Director of Education in 2020 with over 15 years of Primrose experience in order to learn Dr. Rigley’s Primrose philosophies and policies.

I am proud to share Dr. Rigley’s passion to provide the best in Early Education within a nurturing and positive learning environment and committed to guiding the best practices of Primrose in order to provide high-quality early childhood education for all those I guide and inspire.

I cannot wait to get to know each one of you!

Love,

Bela Desai

Hi Klyde Warren Park Families,

My name is Debora Sainz and I am beyond excited to be a part of Primrose School at Klyde Warren Park. I’m originally from Mexico but have lived in Texas since the age of two. After graduating high school, I worked as a teacher for Primrose School of Grand Peninsula. My experience in the early childhood experience spans over 10 years. During those 10 years, I’ve held a variety of positions and have worked with every age group.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and previously worked at UT Southwestern Medical Center in the flow cytometry laboratory. A situation in my life led me to make a career change and pursue this opportunity to be an advocate for children and allow me to educate young minds.

I’m a boy mom! Both of my boys; Sebastian and Aiden keep me on my toes. During my free time, my husband (Cande) and I along with our boys enjoy being outdoors, cooking together and traveling. We love to go on cruises and explore new places as a family. Being a parent is such a rewarding feeling, I’m able to see life through my kids eyes.

Working with children provides me with an opportunity to shape young minds which is extremely important, every day is a rewarding feeling knowing I was able to educate, nurture and provide children with love.  I look forward to building trusted relationships with staff members, parents and most importantly the children.

Hi! My name is Victoria Jones, and I am thrilled to be the Assistant Director here at Primrose School at Klyde Warren Park. I was born and raised in Dallas, TX where I graduated from West Mesquite High School. I attended Northlake College where I received my degree in Business Real Estate, Computer Networking and Human Resources.

I have been working in childcare since 2007 as a teacher and in leadership. I love working with children because they are so honest, curious, and excited to learn new things.

I served in the Navy and traveled all over the world. I love spending time with my family and traveling.

I am so excited to be part of the Primrose School at Klyde Warren Park family as it gives me the opportunity to do what I love: teach young minds! Each and every day I learn something new from every child I encounter!

I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.

Director of Education

Hi, my name is Caitlin Thibodeaux and I moved to Dallas, Texas from North Carolina where I had been teaching for over ten years. I have taught kindergarten, pre-kindergarten and preschool. I went to High Point University where I received my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. I then went back to school to add early childhood education to my state teaching license.

I am originally from Connecticut and I spent my middle and high school years in East Amherst, New York. In my spare time I love to read, cook, bake, exercise and travel.

I am extremely passionate about Primrose School’s curriculum! One of my favorite ideals is, “We believe who children become is as important as what they know.” I love how the curriculum puts an emphasis on teaching strong character values and emotional intelligence. It is just so important in our growing world today!

I look forward to providing families with an extraordinary experience! I feel very blessed to work with young children and their families!

Dr. Noel J. Rigley, PhD

Hi! My name is Dr. Noel J. Rigley PhD, and I, along with my daughters Maya Ann and Meira Ariane, come from three generations of early childhood educators. We are passionate about early childhood education and we are committed to serving the educational needs of every community we touch. As a family of educators, we are the proud owners of Primrose Schools of Frisco West, Klyde Warren Park, Park Cities, Plano at Preston Meadow, Prestonwood, Dallas at Kessler Park, Temple, and Waco at Woodway. I am eager for you to learn more about our Balanced Learning Approach when you visit our school.

Prior to our Primrose journey, becoming a parent was the start of understanding the importance of sharing milestones and precious moments with a select few. Knowing that having good quality childcare would be a home away from home, meant care that would help my children become individuals who could positively influence their immediate environment and future generations. We have always felt our values should be above standard, and during our childcare search, we were underwhelmed with our findings. My wife and I were excited to discover a Primrose for our girls where our standards were not only met but surpassed!

Our Primrose journey began when our oldest daughter Maya was born, but it wasn’t until the birth of our second daughter, Meira, that I decided to couple my experience with my passion for early childhood education to open our first Primrose School in 2003! Since then, we have had the honor and privilege of becoming the proud owners of 8 schools. As an owner, I feel it is important that I am involved in every aspect of our schools, from the curriculum implementation to the menu. In providing a home away from home for our families, our highest priority is the health, safety and growth of our staff and students, as well as providing superior customer service to our families.

Our schools are committed to making a difference in the communities we serve and are actively involved in supporting several local foundations and charities. As a family, we enjoy “traveling with a purpose.” Most recently, our travels took us through Myanmar and Zimbabwe, where we visited various schools. We particularly enjoy visiting schools across the world to deepen our understanding of education across cultures and to offer help to schools in need.

As a long-term resident of Dallas, Texas, our family loves to spend time reading books across all genres, cooking family recipes, going on walks with our dog Roxy, and traveling. Maya, my older daughter, is a Fullbright Scholar who graduated from the University of Texas and is currently attending Baylor Law School. My youngest daughter, Meira, is also a graduate of the University of Texas, majoring in marketing at the McCombs School of Business and is currently attending the MBA program.
We hope you soon become a part of our family and that we can share in the joy of seeing your little one grow into a bright influencer of their generation!

I look forward to personally meeting you soon.

Sincerely,

Dr. Noel J. Rigley PhD
