Amanda Stratford *Primrose Enrollment Champion of the Year (Region C) 2025!*
Hello Primrose Families!
My name is Amanda Stratford, and I am so excited to be your Executive Director at Primrose School of Kennesaw North! I bring over 29 years of experience in early childhood education, with 25 of those years spent in a director’s role. My journey with Primrose began 29 years ago, and after a brief detour with another company, I’m thrilled to be back home and part of this amazing Primrose family once again.
I have two wonderful daughters, Katlyn and Audrey. Katlyn is a proud Primrose alumna—she attended from 8 weeks old until middle school! She and her husband, Brad, have blessed us with four beautiful granddaughters: Ezra, Arwen, Selah, and Sage. Audrey, whom my husband Billy and I adopted 13 years ago, recently retired from the Army (in 2023) and is now pursuing her degree to become a radiology technician.
When we’re not at school, my husband and I love spending time outdoors—hiking, kayaking, exploring unique shops, and of course, cheering on The Georgia Bulldogs!
I am so excited to partner with you and watch your children grow, learn, and shine. I can’t wait to see all the wonderful things they’ll teach me along the way!
Primrose Proud!

Franchise Owners
Tommy and Amy Roper
Meet Tommy and Amy Roper – dedicated and passionate parents and the proud Franchise Owners of Primrose School of Kennesaw North. Understanding the value of quality early childhood education and character development, the Ropers are thrilled with the opportunity to join the Primrose family. Tommy and Amy are both natives of the greater Atlanta area. Tommy grew up in Grayson and attended South Gwinnett High School, while Amy grew up in Marietta and attended Pope High School. Tommy is a graduate of Columbus State University and Amy is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University. Tommy and Amy have been married since 2002 and have three terrific boys, Thomas, Aiden and Jackson. All three boys have had the privilege of attending Primrose School of Kennesaw North.
Tommy’s professional experience over the past fifteen years has been in project, personnel and relationship management, as well as sales and marketing within both software development and the pharmaceutical industries. While Tommy has enjoyed success through his career, his true passion has been more expressed with the time he spends with his family and his involvement with his boys in the community, coaching youth sports. He enjoys bringing his passion to Primrose School of Kennesaw North. Amy, with her education and background in accounting, took a position in 2012 with Primrose School Franchising Company as a trainer for business operations. In this role, she found herself not only advising on the business side, but learning all about Primrose Schools from operations to curriculum. Amy loves that she has the opportunity to combine her love for children and her Primrose experience to operate Primrose School of Kennesaw North to its highest potential. Open since 1999, Primrose School of Kennesaw North has been an important asset to this area. “Along with delivering quality early education, we will continue to be an important partner and leader in this community”, says Amy. “We are dedicated to giving children the best possible care, and we understand how important it is to provide a well-rounded learning experience in a safe and nurturing environment”, adds Tommy. We invite you to the school to experience first-hand what differentiates Primrose School of Kennesaw North from other child care centers. We also invite your child in for a ‘Day of Discovery’ that will allow them to ‘test the waters’ prior to enrollment. We look forward to meeting your family soon! Primrose School of Kennesaw North is located at 3054 N. Main Street Kennesaw, GA 30144. For more information please visit www.PrimroseKennesawNorth.com or call (770) 218-3500.
