Hello! I am Lynn Johnson, Franchise Owner of Primrose School of Hendersonville. My late husband and I, brought our daughter, KJ, to Primrose School of Hendersonville when it first opened in Hendersonville and from there, we became life long Primrose advocates. When we had the opportunity to share the same experience we witnessed as parents as Franchise Owners, we took that opportunity. Now, being the parent of a Primrose graduate as well as the owner of 14 years, we continue to recognize the importance of finding a welcoming environment that nurtures children and provides them with opportunities to socialize and learn through Primrose's proprietary, time tested curriculum. Primrose School of Hendersonville continually upholds high quality care and education that the city of Hendersonville has come to expect from Primrose School. If you are looking for a warm, family environment that is full of smiling faces, and implements a curriculum with proven results, we would love to meet you and tell you more about Primrose School of Hendersonville.
We are conveniently located on Springhouse Court, right down the street from Drakes Creek Park and Nannie Berry Elementary School. Unlike an ordinary daycare in Hendersonville, we provide your child with a robust early education and child care experience.

Meet our November Family of the Month- The Bork Family! "We are originally from the Chicago suburbs, but have lived in Hendersonville for the past 9 years. Brad (Daddy) is a Civil Engineer and does sitework project management. Rachel (Mommy) is an Assistant Project Manager in Campus Planning & Construction at Vanderbilt University. Taylor is 3 years old and is in Early Preschool 2. She loves princesses, reading books, and gymnastics. Elizabeth (Lizzie) is 16 months and is in the Young Toddler class. She loves puppies, balls, and climbing. We love to watch movies, play at the park, and have pizza night Fridays as a family. We chose Primrose 4 years ago because we truly felt that they considered our girls part of their family. We appreciate the individual care and love that all their teachers give them on a daily basis. We love seeing new skills, songs, friendships, and facts that they come home ready to show off. We also greatly appreciate the community engagement that Primrose participates in. We recommend Primrose to friends quite often because we feel that all families would benefit from the expertise and care that our girls have benefitted from."
It’s November, which means it’s time for our national Caring and Giving Food Drive! Read our blog to find fun ways you can help your child lead their own family food drive at home.

Molly Palmer (5) and Wells (2). Miles is an attorney for McAngus, Goudelock & Courie, LLC. Brooke is a first grade teacher for Sumner County schools. They also have a goldendoodle named Tucker! “We chose Primrose School for our children because of the welcoming and nurturing environment. The staff is so welcoming and the administration is so professional. The curriculum is geared towards our children’s interests. As a teacher myself, I can say the curriculum is well preparing our children for Kindergarten. Our children have learned so many new concepts. Wells has developed his language skills and is learning new words every day. Molly Palmer is developing her writing skills, identifying letters and sounds, sight words. Both children have learned to foster relationships with their friends, as well as social emotional skills. With experience from another pre-school, I can say with confidence that the administration is so professional and the school is very well managed. The staff knew my children’s names on their very first day. They welcome us each morning by name. We receive pictures and updates throughout the day, as well as answer messages through the Procare app. The teachers are hands on and loving. The sense of security we feel when we drop our kids off each morning is worth more than words. We love Primrose Schools of Hendersonville!”
Our new exclusive Harmony & Heart® program integrates our proprietary music and books in a variety of thoughtful ways each day. Through learning about music, while simultaneously being exposed to concepts in math, language, and character development, your child will grow as a musician, a student, and a person.
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
