Teachers & Staff

Amy Walker
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and welcome you to Primrose School of Griffin Parc. My name is Amy Walker and I am the School Director. I am thankful to get the chance to be a part of a positive early education program that strives to set a foundation for lifelong learning. Family is very important to me and I truly understand the thought that goes into choosing a quality child care for your children. My goal is to always ensure that we are providing the quality you expect from your partner in early care and education. I attended Texas Tech University before beginning my career in childcare in 1997.
My husband Andy and I were married in 2008 and moved to Frisco that same year. We have two children, Ava and Cohen & our family is currently building a new home in Celina. As a family we enjoy spending time outside at the family farm, watching and playing sports and spending time with family. I look forward to getting to know each of our families personally and providing the most rewarding experience possible at our school.

Michelle Craig
My name is Michelle Craig, I’m the Curriculum Coach here at Griffin Parc. I’m a proud graduate of a phenomenal HBCU Texas Southern University where I attained a BS in Administration of Justice. But in 2009, I quickly fell in love with teaching and being a part of this amazing work family! Seeing children thriving and laughing while learning has always been close to my heart. Those little people have only been on this earth for a short time, but they teach me something daily. For the past 12 years, I’ve taught in the toddler room and enjoyed every second of nurturing those precious minds.
Family means the world to me; I’m the oldest of 4 girls and an Auntie of two amazing children. My parents and the rest of my family are a constant motivation and a never-ending well of love that I will forever cherish. In my spare time, I enjoy shoe shopping, reading, spending time with family, and participating in anything art related.
As the Curriculum Coach, I’m blessed to interact with teachers, parents, children, and fellow management team members. It’s my firm belief that every day is a chance to help enhance learning while developing a love for education; and that makes me smile.

Danielle Underwood
My name is Danielle Underwood and I am the Director of Admissions here at Griffin Parc. I am the happiest wife to my husband, Shawn, and mommy to my son, Archer! I am blessed to work at the same school that my son has attended since he was 2! Spending time with my family is my favorite! On the weekends you’ll find me spending time with my family, doing all the outdoor things, exercising, and at church on Sundays! I studied Early Childhood Education at Texas Tech University, Wreck ‘Em! I have over 10 years of experience in childcare and have always loved teaching and building lasting relationships with children and their families.

Allison Hendrix
Hi, I’m Allison Hendrix, Communications Manager at Griffin Parc and a passionate advocate for early childhood education. Originally from Austin, Texas, I relocated with my husband, Mason, in 2024, and we’re now happily settled with our beautiful daughter, Ellie. We also share our home with our two spirited dachshunds, Rainey and Dirk, who keep life lively and full of joy.
Since 2018, I’ve had the joy of working with young toddlers and early preschoolers, primarily at Primrose Schools. These experiences deepened my commitment to creating nurturing, engaging environments where children can thrive.
In my current role, I blend my early childhood education background with a deep love for communication and connection, helping to build a vibrant, supportive community for both families and staff.
Whether I’m crafting messages that reflect our shared vision or fostering a culture of warmth and inclusion, my goal is always to strengthen the bonds that bring people together beginning with our youngest learners and now, most meaningfully, with my own little one.
