Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Individual cots and blankets provided for each child, laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Our Preschool Pathways Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Kristin
Hi! I am Mrs. Kristin, and I am originally from Englewood, Florida. I worked at Primrose of Gray Eagle for five years and gained my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2016. I have 2 children in Elementary school. In my free time I enjoy hiking, bird watching, and visiting new playgrounds with my two kids! What I enjoy most about working with children is being able to be silly in the classroom!

Ms. Michaella
Hi – my name is Michaella, and I grew up in Miami, Florida with three sisters and three brothers. I graduated from Warren Central High School and previously worked at another center where I have experience as an assistant teacher and have also worked at after school programs. I am currently enrolled in a Child Development Associate credential program to further my education in this field.
In my free time I love to make TikToks, dance, and do my makeup. My favorite food is pasta, and my favorite children’s book is Lamma Lamma Red Pajama. What I enjoy most about working with children is learning each of their unique personalities!

Ms. Thea
Hi – my name is Thea Mohler, and I am from Victorias City, Philippines. I am married with a daughter, and we have a cat named Biscuit. I graduated with a BS in Psychology and have been working in childcare since 2023 and with children in general since 2019. I genuinely value growth, family, and meaningful experiences. Over time, I have embraced different roles that have shaped who I am today.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring local coffee and pastry shops. My favorite food is cheesecake, and my favorite children’s books are any educational animal, word, or color and anything Dr. Suess.
What I enjoy most about working with children is their sweetness, innocence, and genuine curiosity about the world.
