Our Infant Classroom
We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

Health & Safety
Their health & safety. Our top priority.
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
- Monthly emergency drills so children and staff are prepared for emergencies
Our Infant Classroom Teachers & Staff

Roxana Turcios
With my experience as a parent of two, I have developed a passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. I am committed to creating a warm and inclusive environment that promotes learning, growth, and development.

Sakina Mammadova
As a mom of three, spending time with kids is not just my job, it’s my passion, both at work and at home. Exploring new places with my family is one of my favorite things. When I’m not chasing after my kids or planning our next adventure, you’ll find me listening to music, getting creative with art, or cooking up something delicious. I’m looking forward to lots of fun, growth, and good times as we help your child build confidence and friendships here.

Michelle Deleon
I’m a proud mom of four, and my family and I recently made the exciting move from Texas to Maryland. We’re looking forward to putting down roots, making wonderful new memories, and becoming part of this community.
One of the things I’m most excited about is joining the Primrose family. I can’t wait to build meaningful relationships with our families, create lasting connections with each child, and be part of their learning, growth, and everyday successes.
I can’t wait to learn more about you and your family.
