Welcome to Primrose School of Forest Hill!

Hello! We’re Seena and Vivek Parikh, proud Primrose parents, longtime Harford County residents, and honored franchise owners of Primrose School of Forest Hill.

Our journey with Primrose began as parents when our son attended a Primrose school.

From the very beginning, we were drawn to the nurturing environment, dedicated educators, and the Balanced Learning® approach that makes Primrose so special. We watched him thrive, not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. Growing into a confident, curious, and compassionate young learner. It was a truly transformative experience for our family.

That experience inspired us to bring Primrose to the Forest Hill community in Harford County, a place we love and proudly call home. As both parents and school owners, our mission is to provide families with the same exceptional care and high-quality early childhood education that made such a lasting impact on our child’s life.

At Primrose School of Forest Hill, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every child feels valued and inspired to learn. Our school embraces the exclusive Balanced Learning® approach. Which is a research-informed philosophy that blends purposeful play with nurturing guidance to help children build a strong foundation in academics, character, and life skills.

We believe Primrose School of Forest Hill is more than a school. It’s a true partnership with families. Together, we cultivate a lifelong love of learning, spark creativity, and foster the values that help shape kind, capable, and confident individuals.

As parents ourselves, we understand that choosing a preschool or daycare is one of the most important decisions a family can make. At Primrose School of Forest Hill, we put children first in everything we do, because we know these early years help shape who they become for a lifetime.

Opening this school is our way of giving back to the Harford County community that has given us so much. We are proud to create a place where children, families, and educators grow and thrive together.

We look forward to welcoming your family to Primrose School of Forest Hill, a place where every child can truly shine. Together, let’s create a future filled with confident learners, compassionate leaders, and joyful explorers.

Warmly,
Seena & Vivek Parikh

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all staff members background-checked and CPR/first-aid certified?

Yes. Every Primrose staff member undergoes a thorough background check before joining our school. All staff are also CPR and firstaid certified, so you can feel confident your child is in safe, prepared hands every day.

What curriculum or educational philosophy do you follow?

Our school uses the proprietary Primrose Schools Balanced Learning® curriculum, which is research-informed and designed to nurture the whole child — intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically. We believe in balancing teacher-guided learning with purposeful play to build a strong foundation for the future.

How do you support school readiness and the transition to kindergarten?

All of our programs are designed in age-appropriate ways to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond. We focus on early literacy and numeracy as well as social-emotional skill development — so children arrive at kindergarten confident and ready to thrive. 96% of Primrose Schools Pre-K students met ASQ benchmarks for problem solving.*

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am-6:00 pm.

How do you keep parents informed about their child's day?

Connecting school to home is one of the ways we help children thrive. We use the Procare app to share daily updates and photos so you stay connected to your child’s joy, learning and special moments
