Schedule A TourOur names are Rebecca Frizzell and Cynthia Facemire, and we are delighted to be the new owners of the Primrose School of East Franklin. We are honored to preserve the legacy of Kelli and Robert Wood and Creek Wood Academy. We are excited to bring our passion for education to this school and the surrounding community.
Rebecca discovered Primrose Schools as a parent in the spring of 2012. Two years later, after learning more about the Primrose Balanced Learning Philosophy, she decided to pursue her first love…working with children and we acquired the Primrose School of Cool Springs in February 2015. Rebecca previously spent more than 10 years in the construction industry helping manage commercial building projects. Her experiences taught her to value teamwork and respect the knowledge and opinions of others as every role is important in constructing a safe and functional building. At Primrose, Rebecca combines her love for organizational management and teamwork with her passion for children. Cynthia’s background is in nutrition, healthcare education, and management. She brings a business operations and education background combined with a love for children of all ages. Cynthia will continue her full-time employment at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She provides support for Rebecca and the Leadership Team and is onsite whenever possible or for scheduled events.
We are conveniently located on Creekstone Boulevard, right down the road from Publix and five minutes from Moore Elementary School. Unlike an ordinary daycare in Franklin, we provide your child with a robust early education and child care experience.

To better meet the individual needs of every child, we’re proud to implement Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2) in Primrose schools across the country.
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
