Jenn Hendry
Miss Jenn has been part of the Primrose School of East Cobb at Paper Mill family since before the doors opened in 2018. She began her journey as a Lead Teacher and, with nearly 22 years of experience in early childhood education, has since grown into her role as Executive Director since 2022. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has served in both classroom and leadership positions throughout her career.
Her greatest passion is ensuring that every child is healthy, safe, and supported—physically, socially, and emotionally. One of her favorite parts of her role is spending time in classrooms, supporting teachers, and building meaningful connections with students, parents, and staff.
Miss Jenn grew up in the Atlanta-metro area and enjoys spending quality time with her parents and friends. “I enjoy the lake and the beach – pretty much any body of water, being outdoors in the sunshine, walking or hiking, working out, my puppy, and laughing with those I love.”
Kristen Rhodes
Miss Kristen has been a part of our Primrose Family since 2018. Miss Kristen joined us as a Lead Infant Teacher and has taught in several of our classrooms and was promoted to our Leadership Team in 2022. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and 15 years of experience in Early Childcare. As an Assistant Director, Miss Kristen works closely with the rest of the Leadership Team and our Teachers to ensure every child receives the highest quality of education and care in a supportive, engaging environment.
Miss Kristen’s daughter is a graduate of Primrose School of East Cobb at Paper Mill and currently attends a local elementary school. Her husband is also in education working as a teacher in Cobb County.
Shaina Smith
Miss Shaina is the Education Director at Primrose School of East Cobb at Paper Mill, where she has been a part of our family since 2020. Miss Shaina has a degree in Early Childhood Education and a certificate in RBT with 8 years of experience in both teaching and leadership roles. As the schools Education Director, Miss Shaina is an invaluable resource for our Teachers, providing them with daily support and coaching in their classrooms. Miss Shaina makes sure the teachers have all the tools, resources, and support they need to deliver the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
“I was born in Manhattan, NY and raised in Kennesaw, GA. I am the oldest of four and volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club throughout High School. Doing so has created my love for children by teaching them with an active approach. In my free time, I enjoy walking trails with my chihuahua and trying out new restaurants.”
Noelise Williams
I’m Noelise. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am originally from the island of Dominica but moved here 7 years ago. I have 3 grown children and one granddaughter. I am currently attending Chattahoochee Technical College for my degree in Early Childhood Education. My passion is childcare, working with infants, and my goal is to improve my knowledge in childhood development. I am so thankful for Primrose and giving me the opportunity to work with the infants.
Ari Anderson
I’m Ari. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am originally from Brooklyn, New York and have been working with children for the last 5 years. I am currently in Dental School as well as looking forward to starting my CDA soon. I have such a passion for working with children and love getting to see them reach millstones every day. They say it takes a village to raise a child and I’m here to help!
Nadine McCall-Jones
I’m Nadine. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am originally from Miami, FL and have been working with children for 20 years. My favorite food is pizza and I most enjoy shopping and spending time with family.

Gabby Warnick
I’m Gabby, I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. I have two older sisters making me the baby of the family. I have been teaching in the childcare setting for the last 7 years and am looking forward to learning about Primrose. I enjoy spending my time shopping, hanging out with friends and running.

Tati Forrester
I’m Tati. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I’d like to consider myself as a pretty out there person. I was born and raised in the Atlanta area. I am extremely extroverted and silly, and I can also be reserved as well. I have been teaching in the classroom for the last two years and am working towards my Early Childhood Education Degree with a minor in Graphic Design. I enjoy spending time with my friends going out to try new restaurants or thrifting.

Amari Royal
I’m Amari. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I was born in St. Petersburg, Georiga but just moved to this area this past August. I just graduated from Wosters College with my Bachelor’s in Music and Theater. I have been working with children for the past three years. I love to spend my free time watching movies with friends, playing video games, and listening to music.

Jocelyn Ollarvia
I’m Jocelyn. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am so excited to be at Primrose. I have been working in childcare for almost 20 years, the last 6 being exclusively with two year old’s. I love this age because so much growth happens during this year. In my home life, I am a mom of a 17 year old daughter and an 11 year old dog named Bear. Now that my daughter has gone away to college, I am looking forward to this new empty nester chapter in my life. My favorite food is tacos and my hometown is Chicago.

Rashelle Daniels
I’m Rashelle. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am originally from Boston, MA (Patriots Nation!), but I have lived in Georgia for the past decade. I love to laugh and be silly, something I think is essential in this profession. I love teaching and experiencing the joys of little humans which is why I’ve been in Early Childhood Education for more than 15 years. I also have 2 boys of my own!

Lizzy Coleman
I’m Lizzy. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am originally from Jackson, MS and moved here in 2017 after college. I received my degree from Jackson State University in Theater. I have been teaching in the childcare setting for almost 14 years in various ages. I am also a mother of 4, the oldest is in college and my youngest is in 4th grade. A fun fact about me is that I am a published author of a children’s book.

Rachell Smythe

I have been with the Primrose Company for 9 years. I am currently in school to pursue my degree in Elementary Education. In my free time, I enjoy going to Disney World and traveling. I have two dogs, Roxie and Duchess.

Cierra Brown
I’m Cierra. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I was born in Philadelphia, PA and moved to this area in 2020. I have five siblings, three brothers and two sisters. I have just over 7 years of childcare experience. I love to spend my time with my family as well as reading and shopping. A fun fact about me is that I have been doing studio dance since I was three years old.

I was born and raised in Los Angels, California. I am the middle child with one older brother and one younger sister. I have been working in the childcare setting for the past two years in various settings. I am currently attending California State University North Ridge working towards my Child and Adolescent Development. I love sports, music, and hiking.

Mecca Johnson
I’m Mecca. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I have always been around early childhood education as my mom has been an educator all my life. When I was not helping out in the classroom, I spend my time doing theater. I have been an actress all my life and I even studied children’s theater. I love playing video games, watching movies, and shows. I am going to be starting school soon working on my Psychology Degree with a focus on early childhood development.

Shanetria Vasser

I was born in Memphis, Tennessee and I moved to Smyrna in August of 2020. I have two brothers and one sister. I have been teaching for over 19 years. I have a Liberal Arts degree from the University of Memphis. One of my favorite things to do is cook.

Emonie Mathews

I was born in Chicago but moved here this past year. I have three children two of which are twins. I am the oldest of three siblings. I have been teaching in various school settings for the past nine years. I enjoy spending my time with my family and going to the pool.

Caroline Glen
I’m Caroline. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I moved from Nashville, TN to Georgia last year with my 2-year-old daughter, Naomi. I am the oldest of 12 children and have worked with children since I started college. I love to paint and play piano and a big Georgia fan (GO DAWGS!) Naomi and I enjoy taking walks, going to the park, and doing crafts together.

Allie Richardson

I was born and raised here in Marietta and am the youngest of three sibilings. I am currently attending Albany State University working on my Elementary Education degree and have been teaching in a classroom for just over a year. I love spending my time painting and roller skating.

Toshon Hillery
I’m Toshon. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I was born and raised here in Georgia, mostly in East Cobb. I have two nephews and a niece that I love like they are my own. I have always loved young children and have been babysitting for as long as I can remember. I received my Culinary degree and cooked in various settings for 10 years before I moved into childcare. I love to spend my time crafting and gardening with my kitty, Teana, by my side.

I am a creative at heart, with a huge personality and love to be a social butterfly. I am the youngest of three sisters and was born and raised in Atlanta. I am very family oriented and enjoy music and art. I love teaching children because of their creative mindset and seeing their imagination grow.

I was born and raised in Georgia and I am 23 years old. I am excited to begin my journey in childcare and make a positive impact on young children’s lives. Aaliyah Brown
I’m Aaliyah. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I am originally from Plainfield, New Jersey and moved to Georgia when I was 10. I have 5 siblings, 4 sisters and 1 brother. I used to do dance when I was in school and have done almost all the styles of dance. My favorite things to do in my free time is hanging out with friends, go shopping, and going to the pool when it’s warm. I am very excited to meet all of the kids this school year.

I was born and raised in Marietta, Ga and am currently a junior at Ole Miss for my Nursing Degree. I have over five years of childcare experience in various settings. I love to spend my time with family and friends as well as going on walks. I am very excited to help in different all the different classrooms and getting the opportunity to learn about each child.

Meet John and Tara Fudge, proud Franchise Owners of Primrose School of East Cobb at Paper Mill. As residents of East Cobb and parents to four children, they are thrilled to bring the Primrose Experience of premier early childhood education and care to families in their local community.
“When we had our first child, it was a challenge to find an early education program with a warm and nurturing environment along with an excellent curriculum,” said Tara. “When we stepped into a Primrose school, we were immediately drawn to the Balanced Learning® approach. We were so impressed how it provides children the chance to grow academically, socially and emotionally and incorporates character development lessons into daily classroom experiences.”
The Fudges share the Primrose belief that who children become is just as important as what they know, and that belief guides them as they raise their four children. Three of their children have attended and graduated from Primrose School of East Cobb. Their children, Kylie, Austin, Penelope, and Stella all now attend the local public schools in East Cobb.
“Having both worked corporate jobs since graduating college, Tara and I wanted to do something that would make a difference in our community,” said John. “As working parents ourselves, we know what a struggle it can be to entrust your children to someone else’s care. We want to ease that stress by providing a safe, fun learning environment for children to grow, giving parents the peace of mind that comes from knowing their children are well-cared for and learning. Providing that type of environment starts with a strong staff. We were both fortunate to work for employers that invested in our personal growth, so we also wanted to provide a supportive atmosphere for our staff and teachers, giving them opportunities to learn and grow their careers in Early Childhood Education and beyond.”
John’s parents instilled a love of learning early on in his life, which helped him discover his passion for volunteering with child-focused organizations. Prior to becoming a Franchise Owner, John worked as an engineer for a Fortune 100 company headquartered in Atlanta. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Georgia State University. Tara earned a bachelor’s and master’s in accounting from East Carolina University and is a licensed CPA. John and Tara both work on-site alongside their Leadership Team to handle the day-to-day operations and management of the school.
