This do-it-yourself craftivity allows your little physicist to gain an understanding of kinetic motion and use design thinking to create a lovely paper mobile.
It has been a busy few weeks at the Primrose School of Cooper City. The roofing materials and doors have been delivered and are waiting to be installed… what a difference it will make when you are either walking or driving by the school this next week. Our plumbing is just about at 100% completion, parking lot curbs are almost complete and the AC units are being installed this week (while the duct work is being completed this week, too.) Also, drywall is going up in the near future and it will truly begin looking more like a school on the inside in the upcoming weeks ahead. Stay tuned for pictures of inside the school as soon as some of the walls go up!

If you have happened to drive by our school site, we bet you have seen some exciting action taking place these past few weeks! We are excited to announce that our foundation was poured earlier this month and our GC and crew have been diligently working to get our walls up. Our anticipated opening date still looks like Winter 2019 but we will soon receive an official time line for project completion. Stay tuned for more construction updates...
The start of a new year is a great time to reflect on the past, look ahead to the coming year and think about what we want to do differently.
We are excited to announce that our foundation was poured this week! What does this mean? It means that our general contractor can now work on getting an updated schedule and working timeline for project completion AND we will begin seeing our walls going up in the near future! Stay tuned for more construction updates...
Our perimeter wall fence is at 100% completion. The preparations for pouring the foundation are complete... just waiting on final approvals in order to pour the slab!
We’ve all been there: Cue the tears, the stomping feet and the oh-so-mournful cry: “It’s not fair!”

Amazing view of what the outline of our school looks like at this stage of construction. Sheridan Street is to the direct north and the Monterra Neighborhood boarders to the immediate south of the property. Both entrance locations to the school are visible at this point, too. We are anxious to see what will be accomplished on site by the end of this week!
Our storm drainage on site is at 85% complete this week and we are needing to have approximately 100 loads of dirt removed from the site right now. The pad is unable to be seen from the ground from where we are standing... however, the coming soon sign can be seen from the Sheridan Street entrance/exit to the property. Stay tuned for an aerial photo of the site coming in the next few days!
