Franchise Owners
Olivia and Jarrad Vaughn
Meet Olivia and Jarrad Vaughn, proud Franchise Owners of Primrose School of Brookhaven. As previous Primrose parents, they are thrilled to bring the Primrose experience offering premier early education and care to families in the Brookhaven community. Olivia and Jarrad have two sons Ethan and Elliott. They first discovered Primrose in 2010 when they were searching for high-quality preschool providers for their oldest son Ethan while living in Midtown Atlanta. Wanting to have their children close to where they lived and worked, they enrolled Ethan in Primrose School of Midtown at Colony Square at just 12-weeks-old. Shortly after, their youngest son Elliott joined his brother at the school.
Olivia, originally from California, attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications and a master’s degree in accounting, before relocating to Atlanta. Jarrad is an eighth generation native of Atlanta, having grown up in Marietta, and attended the University of Georgia where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in real estate. Prior to becoming Franchise Owners, Olivia worked for a global investment management firm and before that as a tax accountant. Jarrad comes from a family of entrepreneurs and worked as a real estate broker for his father’s real estate company. He also previously served in the United States Army for four years and was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
The Vaughns bring many skills from their careers and experience as Primrose parents into their roles as Franchise Owners. When we enrolled our first son Ethan into Primrose School of Midtown at Colony Square, we saw first-hand the positive impact the Primrose experience had on him As working parents, we had peace of mind knowing that our boys were receiving high-quality early education and care to help them learn and grow. The Vaughn’s goal is to provide an atmosphere where children can grow their Active Minds, Healthy Bodies and Happy Hearts®.
At the school, Olivia and Jarrad will handle the day-to-day operations, working closely with parents, children and staff. “Our decision to join the Primrose family as Franchise Owners was two-fold our children were excelling and succeeding in the Primrose program, and we wanted the opportunity to have more balance in our lives and spend more time with them”, says Jarrad. After talking with other Franchise Owners and hearing their stories, we knew this was the right fit for us. We are so thrilled to be able to provide the same experience to Brookhaven children and families.
