Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Nikki A.
Hi, my name is Nikki! I am from Centerville, Indiana. I have been working in childcare since 1990-something. I have a degree in photography, I enjoy spending time with my son, Samuel, & I love to watch movies and read!
I love being able to watch friends grow even after they have left my classroom. I love when I have siblings that reunite me with past families. My co-teachers help me approach each day with joy! They are amazing! I am excited to watch this fantastic group grow!

Ms. Casey
Hi, my name is Casey! I am from Westfield, Indiana. I graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Child Development. In the past, I have worked as a camp counselor as well as a head start intern. I love how friendly and welcoming all of the teachers and staff are here at Primrose! I enjoy connecting with parents and building friendships with them and their children. I also love my co-teachers and how close I’ve grown with them. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends, shopping, and reading. I am looking forward to watching the kiddos learn and grow!

Hi, I’m Rhonda! I earned my associates from Holmes Junior College before going on to Mississippi State University and majoring in Elementary Education. I have over 25 years of experience working with children through my own licensed daycare as well as licensed centers in MS and IN. I also have two wonderful adult children, one of whom has worked for Primrose Bridgewater as Summer help.

Hi, my name is Beth! I am from Indianapolis, Indiana and have been working with children since 2016. I have a bachelor’s from Ball State & MPH from Indiana University. I love being able to watch the children’s eyes light up when they are learning something new! On the weekend I enjoy spending time with friends, watching movies and reading. I am excited to see the growth and change in the children this year.
