The health and safety of our staff and the children entrusted to our care is our top priority. We are proud to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Health & Safety Practices in Place

  • Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios-which are lower than state requirements
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
  • Children's temperatures are taken at drop off; must be below 100.0 to be permitted
  • Any adult and/or child over the age of 10 entering the building must wear a mask
  • All visitors must sanitize their hands
  • Only scheduled visitors are allowed, and will not be permitted into the classrooms
  • All staff members wear masks throughout the day, except when eating and on the playgroundParents are not allowed in the classrooms; touchless sign in system is used
  • Bleach disinfection solution sprayed over all surfaces and toys every evening
  • Professional cleaning crew nightly
