Kienna McCluster
I began my the Early Childhood career in 2004. I have been apart of Primrose Schools as a Director since 2012. I am an active member of the National Association of the Education of Young Children and a state and local chapter advisory committee member who assists with the professional development of early childhood professionals.
I am passionate about connecting with others and nurturing relationships. Which, is the foundation to my daily motivation of knowing young children require consistency, dedication and love in these formative years of development.
I am a mother of two and I simply enjoy being a mommy when not working. My son is involved in sports and musical theater year round, keeping my husband and I busy.
I look forward to getting to know your family and supporting your child’s early childhood experience.

Christian House
I started working in early childhood education in 2007 in a classroom. I have had the joy of getting to experience every age group, as I love teaching and watching the children learn new things every day. After many years in a classroom, I transitioned to leadership, holding the positions of Assistant Director and Director.
I am a mother of two sons. Both my boys have a love and passion for basketball, keeping my husband and I very busy, as my husband has coached them for many years. I have a loving husband of 23 years. Our family means the world to us.
Fun fact…. have a love of racing cars at the track when we are not filled with weekend games. I also love crafting and boat days with family and friends.
I look forward to growing my career with Primrose School of Avalon Park and getting to know every one of your families.

Seema and Manoj Naik
Hello! My name is Seema Naik and it is a privilege for my husband Manoj and I to serve the children and families of Avalon Park and its surrounding communities.
As parents of two children our Primrose story began over 16 years ago when we realized the challenges of finding quality childcare where we lived. It was then, that I envisioned partnering with a program that provided a balanced and overall approach to child development. We are excited to bring to your families “The Primrose Balanced learning approach” as proud new owners of Primrose School at Avalon Park.
My past career has been with a large financial institution assuming various positions including that of an Auditor and Regional Customer Service Manager. My life philosophy has always been to be actively involved in our community and our family is a strong advocate of volunteering and contributing to society. You will often find us with our children volunteering at Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, and in Senior Assisted Living homes. One of my passions is teaching cultural dance to children in our society and I have successfully competed in many competitions. The most rewarding aspect for me is how this has helped children with self-confidence and social skills while staying active.
We are excited and looking forward to continuing the traditions of Primrose School at Avalon Park and look forward to delivering an exceptional childhood learning experience to our children and families.
Our staff of teachers are talented and passionate and know they’re making a difference in the lives of our children, families, and community. Being a parent I realize what an important decision choosing childcare is. I know you will be impressed with our school as we partner with you to nurture and educate your child.
