Welcome to Primrose School of Aldie! We are proud to bring high-quality preschool and child care to young children and families in the Aldie, Virginia and surrounding community.

Our journey to Primrose is rooted in a shared passion for early childhood education and helping children build a strong foundation for lifelong success.

Our on-site owner, Sima, began her career in early childhood education in 2008 and holds a master’s degree in education. Her experience as a Primrose school director inspired her to open a school of her own. She leads with heart, and with more than 18 years of experience in education, is deeply committed to providing exceptional care and creating meaningful learning experiences for every child.

Our other on-site owner, Priya, has served as a school nutrition specialist with a public school system, overseeing cafeteria operations at multiple schools across the county, leading large teams of food service professionals. She holds a master’s degree in economics and accounting, and brings extensive experience in school operations, budgeting, safety and team leadership.

As onsite owners, Sima and Priya look forward to building strong relationships with each child and family they serve.

Co-owner Sunny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and international business from George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School. As entrepreneurs and experienced Primrose school owners, he and Sima bring a strong understanding of what it takes to create a school where children thrive, families feel supported and teachers love what they do.

Together, we bring a unique blend of educational leadership, operational expertise and business experience – and believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can build confidence, develop a love of learning and reach their full potential.

At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion. International Night

As part of our Belongingness curriculum, our school hosted an International Night! Families were invited to enjoy cultural snacks, games and activities while giving them an opportunity to share about their own culture. It was an evening to remember!

Now Enrolling Before and After Care!

Our Primrose Explorer Program offers before and after school care for children in K-5th. We provide a healthy afternoon snack, homework help and activity zones that focus on a range of interests. Looking for care when Loudoun County Schools are closed? We've got you covered with our drop-in care program! Our school serves Henrietta Lacks Elementary, Hovater Elementary, Pinebrook Elementary, Goshen Post Elementary, Buffalo Trail Elementary, and Arcola Elementary.

Thumbs Up!

Thumbs Up!™ is our Primrose health and fitness program designed to help children build strong bodies and healthy habits. Through fun, age-appropriate movement, music, and games, children develop coordination, balance, and motor skills while learning the importance of staying active. Thumbs Up!™ is a joyful part of our day that promotes confidence, teamwork, and a love for movement—helping little learners grow inside and out.

Kindergarten Readiness

At Primrose®, we understand the importance of your child’s first five years and know how to make the most of this time. The Primrose Venture Program is designed for children ages 3 to 5 years old who attend the Preschool, Pre-K, Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten classrooms. In this program, teachers introduce and reinforce concepts through engaging learning experiences that can be adapted and personalized for each child. Our Balanced Learning® approach to full-day education and care includes meals, snacks and a consistent routine designed to help children thrive.

Cooking With Molly!™

At the Primrose School of Aldie, our students experience Enrichment Programs that are included with tuition. Through the Cooking With Molly!™ program, children scoop, pour, and whisk their way through fun recipes as they build confidence and cooperation skills.

Yes. Every Primrose staff member undergoes a thorough background check before joining our school. All staff are also CPR and first–aid certified, so you can feel confident your child is in safe, prepared hands every day.
