Snacktivity: Dairy-Free Tropical Smoothie

Need a kid-friendly, healthy recipe for an easy breakfast or afternoon snack? Look no further than this creamy tropical smoothie – it’s packed with a variety of yummy fruit!

Ingredients

  • 1 naval orange, peeled
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Add 1 navel orange and 1 cup water to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add 1 cup frozen pineapple, mango and banana to blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Top with fresh blueberries and enjoy!
