We are delighted and honored to present the Primrose School of Saint Paul at Merriam Park in Saint Paul. Our journey to create this school was motivated by the challenges many parents face in selecting the ideal childcare solution that aligns with their expectations for their children. Our commitment led us to search for an institution that not only offers the highest standard of education but also fosters a loving and nurturing environment—a place where we could confidently entrust our children.
Primrose Schools emerged as the answer to our quest, offering a comprehensive approach to childcare that encompasses accredited curriculum, enrichment, character development, life skills, healthy meals, and consistency. Recognizing the pivotal role of early education in a child’s development, we are fervent advocates for providing a strong foundation during these formative years. The convergence of the Taylor and Hobbs families in this pursuit has resulted in a unique partnership that stands as the driving force behind the creation of Primrose School of Saint Paul at Merriam Park.
Our families actively contribute to both schools, bringing diverse educational and career skills that have proven invaluable in establishing outstanding educational institutions in Lakeville and St. Paul. As engaged owners, Bill Taylor and Renae Hobbs are present on-site daily, taking immense pride in delivering an exceptional program to the community. Having personally witnessed the benefits of the Primrose program on our own children, we are resolute in our belief that your search for a nurturing and educational environment will find its conclusion with Primrose Schools.
Both lifelong Minnesotans, with strong ties to the community, we are intimately connected to the expectations and passion of the Saint Paul community for early education. Bill, a St. Paul native, continues to reside in the area, while Renae’s children attend school locally, further solidifying our commitment to the community. Recognizing the high expectations of Saint Paul residents for early education, we share a collective passion to make a positive difference in the lives of children. Our commitment to families is unwavering—this center will operate at the highest level of standards with the safety and well-being of your children as our utmost priority.
Believing in the transformative power of the Primrose program, we are confident in our ability to make a positive impact on your child’s development. We eagerly anticipate the privilege of introducing Primrose School to the Saint Paul community, and we look forward to the opportunity to serve and nurture the growth of the children entrusted in our care.

How do you accommodate children with allergies or special medical needs?
Health and safety is our top priority, and we work closely with families to accommodate allergies and medical needs. We ask that parents provide detailed information during enrollment so we can create a safe plan for their child. All Primrose schools are nut-free facilities.
