Our Pre-K II teacher, Ms. Courtney, is such a wonderful asset to our team! She originally joined us as an Early Preschool teacher in 2016, and we were so happy to have her return in 2018 after having her youngest son, Ari! Ms. Courtney has been such a joy to have in our school; she is skilled in so many areas, and she brightens our days with her colorful personality and enthusiasm for teaching! During the weeks we were closed, Ms. Courtney went above and beyond to connect with the children in her class. Not only did she send regular videos teaching curriculum, doing experiments, and reading stories, but she even hosted Zoom calls so the children could see each other and catch up! We loved to see how she continued curriculum at home, from demonstrating a fun volcano eruption science experiment to dressing up as a pirate for a themed story time! We love to see all of the ways Ms. Courtney uses her exceptional creativity to make learning oh-so-fun! When a few students in Ms. Courtney’s class had birthdays while we were apart, she made sure they felt special and loved on their special days! She reached out to the children in her class to make special messages and compiled them into birthday videos! The love she has for her students and their families shines through in everything she does, and we love to see the special bonds she has formed with them. Ms. Courtney is truly a joy to have on our team, and we are so lucky to have her! Please join us in celebrating Ms. Courtney’s job well done!
Toby and Brooke are the proud parents of Harper and Lorelai! We love having their family as part of ours here at Primrose School of Simpsonville at Five Forks! We are so grateful to be a part of Harper and Lorelai’s early childhood education. Harper started in our Older Infant classroom on opening day! She is now thriving in our Pre-K II classroom, and her younger sister, Lorelai, joined us last fall and is now in our Young Toddler class! We have loved getting to know this sweet family over the past (almost) five years, and we always look forward to seeing their smiling faces in our hallways each day! As one of our original families, the Hollingsworth family has been involved in everything we do, from attending our special events to even joining our Primrose team! Brooke became one of our Infant teachers last year, and you can always find her loving on the babies in her class! While the school was closed, the Hollingsworth family worked together to make videos and share activity ideas with the families in Brooke’s class. We loved to see Harper and Lorelai appear in the videos, and it was fun to see the activities they were doing as a family while being stuck at home! The Hollingsworth family has shown constant support and encouragement over the years, and we are so lucky to get to partner with them! Their dedication to their girls and our school does not go unnoticed, and we have loved watching their family grow over the years. It has been an honor to build a trusted relationship with each member of this beautiful family and we are so thankful to have them as a part of our Primrose family! We can’t thank you enough for allowing us to be a part of your children’s early education. Please join us in celebrating this fabulous family!
