Our Pre-K I teacher, Ms. Letashia, is such a wonderful asset to our team! She joined our team in 2016, and it has been such a joy to watch her grow as a teacher and build relationships with our staff, students, and families over the years! In a single word, Ms. Letashia is phenomenal! She goes above and beyond to show her dedication to our school and our students, and her hard work does not go unnoticed. Ever since we first met her five years ago, Ms. Letashia has not missed a single day of work! She is here every single day without fail, and this commitment to her students is absolutely admirable. This also helps in building trusted relationships with her students and their families, and Ms. Letashia has done just that! She genuinely loves each child in her class, and it is so sweet to see how the children are drawn to her. You will often find Ms. Letashia on the floor with the children, reading books, playing with Legos, or working on small group activities! Ms. Letashia has worked in several classrooms over the years, and she has excelled in every single one of them! She is flexible and easy-going, and everyone enjoys working with her. She has a calming presence that lends itself to great classroom management, and her classroom is always a fun place to be! Ms. Letashia always greets the children by name, and little gestures like this make all the difference. She always takes the time to get to know each child personally, and she continues to nurture these special relationships even after they leave her classroom! Ms. Letashia is truly a joy to have on our team, and we are so lucky to have her! Please join us in celebrating Ms. Letashia’s job well done!
Adam and Taryn are the proud parents of Avery and Charleston! We love having their family as part of ours here at Primrose School of Simpsonville at Five Forks! We are so grateful to be a part of Avery’s and Charleston’s early childhood education. Avery started in our Pre-K I classroom in 2019, and she is now a part of our Kindergarten class! Charleston joined us this past August, and she is thriving in our Pre-K I classroom! We have loved getting to know this sweet family, and we always look forward to seeing their smiling faces each day! From Avery’s first day, the Scher family has been present and involved in our school in so many ways! They regularly attended our events and continue to participate in fun activities such as our annual Halloween pumpkin contest. This past Halloween, they won 3rd place with their amazing Olaf pumpkin! Adam, Taryn, Avery, and Charleston are all so sweet, and their support of our school and staff means the absolute world to us! Last year, after mailing birthday packages during the weeks we were closed, it warmed our hearts to receive a sweet “Thank you!” card from Avery! Each member of the Scher family is kind and thoughtful, and Taryn and Adam are always willing to lend a helping hand to the girls’ teachers. We appreciate this generosity more than we can express! In the classroom, the Scher family is so involved and always among the first to sign up to bring supplies for a party or special activity! During this past holiday season, they went above and beyond to incorporate Hanukkah into their daughters’ classroom lessons! Charleston and Avery brought dreidel games, books, and coins to teach their classes about Hanukkah in a fun, interactive way. And to top it all off, each child in their class was given a dreidel and coins to take home so they could share their new knowledge with their families! Adam and Taryn bridge the gap between school and home flawlessly, and we sincerely appreciate their thoughtfulness and presence in our school! It has been an honor to build a trusted relationship with each member of this beautiful family and we are so thankful to have them as a part of our Primrose family! We can’t thank you enough for allowing us to be a part of Avery’s and Charleston’s early education. Please join us in celebrating this fabulous family!
The Primrose Friends are in a new series that brings the same lessons and purposeful play found in every Primrose classroom to a screen near you.
Our new exclusive Harmony & Heart™ program integrates our proprietary music and books in a variety of thoughtful ways each day. Through learning about music, while simultaneously being exposed to concepts in math, language, and character development, your child will grow as a musician, a student, and a person.
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
