We are please to introduce the Madison Family--Bobby, Courtney, Brayden, and Bryson! After starting and growing our family in Calera, we are currently in the process of building our forever (or close to it) home in Columbiana. We love all things basketball, enjoy evenings on Granna's front porch, and spend any chance we get traveling to our favorite places. Bobby (dad) is an Auditor for Alabama Power, which comes after playing 9 seasons of professional basketball in 7 different countries! Courtney (mom) serves as one of the assistant principals at Helena Intermediate School (giving us the opportunity to be a part of the Primrose family!). Brayden, 5, is a kindergartener at Elvin Hill Elementary and loves playing baseball and basketball. Bryson, 18 months, is in the toddler class here at Primrose; give him muffins and music, then he's your man! Chasing his big brother is in his top 3, too! This is us and we are excited our path led us to Primrose of Riverwoods!
Ms. Ashlyn Proctor is the Apple of our eye for the month of September. Ashlyn is the assistant teacher in our Preschool class. She is very creative and hands on with the children. She is always helping when needed and is such a joy to be around. We are so Thankful she is a part of our Primrose Family. Congratulations to Ms. Ashlyn!

As summer is somehow already coming to an end, the reality (and stress) of back-to-school season is settling in.
It’s no secret that life becomes more complicated once you have children.
Between the ages of 3 and 5, children reach many of the major milestones that are key to social-emotional and physical development.
Children are never too young to learn about the importance of helping others.
