As longtime Texas residents, this husband and wife team have experienced first-hand the difficulties in finding high-quality care for their young children. Zehra and Syed are thrilled to provide a nurturing environment that invites a love of learning for Richardson children and families. Zehra and Syed originally were hesitant to send their first child to school before the age of two, however when life plans changed for their at-home nanny, they began the search for alternative child care options. After visiting a Primrose school in their community, they fell in love with the atmosphere and curriculum and immediately enrolled their oldest daughter, Arissa, who was only seven months at the time. As working parents, Zehra and Syed were particularly grateful for the peace of mind they received from Primrose, knowing their daughter was in a safe and nurturing environment that would foster her early learning and develop her social interaction skills. Very shortly after being enrolled in a Primrose school, Zehra and Syed noticed major developmental leaps in Arissa and realized just how valuable the engaging environment, Balanced LearningŒ¬ curriculum and Character Development programs were for their daughter's growth. The Ali family now have all three of their young children Arissa, Alayna and Aiden -- enrolled in Primrose School of Richardson. When we saw all of the positive changes and growth in our oldest daughter Arissa, we were convinced that Primrose was a much better choice for her developmental said Zehra. Even before we had our second child, we decided that we wanted to become Primrose Franchise Owners so that we could provide other families and children with the amazing experience our family had. Originally from Houston, Zehra earned her Bachelor's degree in History with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Houston and later a Doctoral degree in Optometry. Prior to becoming a Franchise Owner, Zehra worked in various Ophthalmology and Optometry practices, including a practice in Richardson. She now enjoys being actively involved in the management of the school. Syed has also worked in the Richardson community during his 18-year career at AT&T as an Electrical Engineer. He earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada and will continue his career in electrical engineering. As a mother of three, I understand the struggle to find the perfect environment that integrates a fun and loving environment while focusing on every aspect of a child's development said Zehra. Our goal is to create a place where parents are confident their children are receiving the best foundation to become happy, healthy and successful adults who love learning. Zehra and Syed are looking forward to providing the Richardson community with a nurturing and caring environment where children can grow their Active Minds, Healthy Bodies and Happy Hearts. Primrose School of Richardson will offer the Primrose exclusive, research-based Balanced Learning curriculum, which blends teacher-guided learning and child-initiated play with a focus on character development in Infant through Kindergarten classrooms.
