Ms. Corrine Crichton
Ms. Crichton is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a deep-rooted passion for early childhood education. A proud Minnesotan, she grew up in Maple Grove and now calls Champlin home, where she lives with her husband, two children, and their beloved dog, Bella.
Ms. Crichton holds an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Rasmussen College and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Her educational background and extensive experience have made her a well-rounded leader in the field. She has been an integral part of the Primrose family since 2010, beginning her journey as a teacher in the Toddler and Early Preschool classrooms at the Primrose School of Maple Grove. Her dedication and expertise led her to the role of Assistant Director, and for the past seven years, she has excelled as the Director of Operations at Primrose Maple Grove, where her leadership and passion for early education continue to inspire both her team and the families she serves.
In her free time, Ms. Crichton enjoys working on her home, tackling DIY projects, taking leisurely walks with Bella, and curling up with a good book. Her creativity, dedication, and love for learning shine through in both her professional and personal life.
With her wealth of experience, commitment to excellence, and genuine care for the Primrose community, Ms. Crichton is a cherished leader and a true advocate for fostering a nurturing and enriching environment for children and families.

Ms. Alicia Lohrer
Ms. Lohrer is a passionate and experienced early childhood educator who brings dedication, warmth, and a strong educational foundation to her leadership role. Originally from Hanover, Minnesota, she now resides locally and is both a proud educator and Primrose parent.
Ms. Lohrer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education from St. Cloud State University. She began her journey at Primrose School of Maple Grove in August 2016, where she has taught in various classrooms including Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and the Explorers Summer Adventure Camp. Her well-rounded experience in early education and her natural ability to connect with children and families led her to take on the role of Assistant Director.
Known for her positivity, attention to detail, and child-centered approach, Ms. Lohrer is committed to creating a supportive and enriching environment for both students and staff. She has a deep understanding of developmental milestones and curriculum implementation, making her a valuable mentor and leader within our school community.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Lohrer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and taking walks. She is also a proud mom to her son, Emmett, born in November, and understands firsthand the importance of a nurturing school environment.
With her enthusiasm for early education, strong leadership skills, and heartfelt commitment to the Primrose mission, Ms. Lohrer is a vital part of the Maple Grove team.

Ms. Kayla Osteraas
Ms. Osteraas is a dedicated and passionate educator with over 13 years of experience in the childcare field. Originally from Moorhead, MN, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and is also licensed in Elementary Education. Her teaching journey began at a child care center, where her work as a preschool teacher inspired her to pursue her K-6 license.
Throughout her career, Ms. Osteraas has made a lasting impact on young learners, teaching Kindergarten for three years and Pre-Kindergarten for eight years. Her extensive experience in preschool, Kindergarten, and Pre-K education has shaped her into a skilled and compassionate educator. For the past six years, she has been a valued member of the Primrose Maple Grove team, where she continues to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for her students.
Outside of work, Ms. Osteraas enjoys spending quality time with her family, taking leisurely walks with her beloved miniature Dachshund, Baby, and unwinding with a good movie. She also loves treating herself to her favorite beverage, lemon LaCroix, during her downtime.
With her expertise and unwavering commitment to early childhood education, Ms. Osteraas is a cherished member of the Primrose Maple Grove community and a true advocate for the growth and development of young minds.

Ms Renee Laska
Renee Laska is a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator with over 13 years of experience in preschool education. She has also spent the past year leading new teacher training, sharing her expertise and mentoring colleagues. While teaching, Renee earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Metropolitan State University and holds a teaching license through the state.
A lifelong Minnesota resident, Renee has a deep appreciation for the outdoors, enjoying activities such as hiking, camping, swimming, and skiing. The state’s cold winters and hot summers have also fostered her love for reading.
Renee is a proud mother of two energetic boys, ages 5 and 11 months, both of whom attend Primrose. She is thrilled to collaborate with the Primrose staff and meet the many families she serves, bringing her experience, enthusiasm, and commitment to nurturing young learners.
