Parents, It's amazing that we are already starting the second month of the new year! Time is moving so quickly. This month all the classes will be talking about patterns of change. They will be discussing their morning routines, what happens during the day at school and their nightly routine at home. Later in the month they will explore the pattern of change in discussion of the moon, stars, sunrise and sunset. Their art work will reflect this process. In rhythm and notes, teachers will discuss patterns as they relate to the rhythm of the music in playing instruments, singing songs and dancing. In our Thumbs Up program, patterns will be identified in the steps required to complete an activity such as, skipping, running, jumping, galloping and walking. This month we will also be collecting books for Og's Bountiful Books which will be donated to a local women's and children's shelter. Our scholastic book fair is scheduled for the week of February 11-15. Please stop by during the week to purchase books in support of our school. On Thursday, February 14th we will have our classroom Valentine's Day party and dance. Please join us this day for fun and fellowship together. March 2, 2019 is read across America Day. We would like to invite you in to read with your child's class on Friday, March 1st. If you would like to volunteer, please talk with your child's teacher for the time. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to stop by and speak with us. Sincerely, Primrose Management Team
We are so happy to share our New Google Virtual 360 Tour with you!
Valentine’s Day always brings much-needed warmth and color to long winters.
Teaching a child to tie her shoes is an important developmental milestone – parents dream of the day that securing sneakers onto a squirming toddler is no longer a part of their morning routine.
This January, celebrate peace and teach your child about Martin Luther King, Jr.’s dream of many colors coming together with a fun and simple craft!
Kids’ birthday parties are a lot of fun, but they can also bring a lot of stress for parents.
As a mom, the most accurate statement about parenting I’ve heard is that once you finally feel like you’ve figured things out, everything changes.
