Primrose School of Kyle is seeking a positive, energetic Support/Floater Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators.

In this role, you will assist our Lead Teachers and staff in all of our classrooms while helping create a nurturing, engaging learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities

  • Help with daily classroom activities and operations
  • Supervise and actively engage children during both structured activities and playtime
  • Collaborate effectively with staff members
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and milestones
  • Help maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming classroom environment that supports learning

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent – required
  • Experience working with young children (including: babysitting, child development or education coursework, volunteer work etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a collaborative team
