Support/Floater Teacher

Primrose School of Kyle is seeking a positive, energetic Primrose Support/Floater Teacher to join our dedicated educational team. In this role, you will support our Lead Teachers and staff while helping create a nurturing, engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Teachers and staff with daily classroom activities and operations
• Adapt easily to different age groups, classrooms, and daily routines
• Supervise and actively engage children during both structured activities and playtime
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges, and milestones
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming classroom environment that supports learning

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with young children, including previous preschool experience, babysitting, child development coursework, volunteer work, or sports coaching
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• This job requires a background check- must be able to be left alone with children
