  • Kids Culinary Academy

    Kids Culinary Academy visited Primrose Highland Village on Monday and discussed the kiwi fruit! The children got to learn all there is to know about kiwis, like it has more Vitamin C than an orange, it is NOT a fruit but berry, and its original name was "Chinese Gooseberry". Did you know the kiwi's grow on vines like grapes!? What an exciting visit!

  • STEAM In Action!

    This week's Summer STEAM Unit was "Choo, Choo! Here Comes the Train". Our Preschool classes spent their Friday up cycling items to create a functioning suspension bridge for their trains to cross! The children worked on figuring out how to support their collums to hang their bridge from, then they worked together to make the track for the trains to cross! This is STEAM In Action!!

  • Gardening with Mrs. Ghattas

    Today the children Gardened with Mrs. Ghattas at the Primrose Patch. The children enjoyed being able to see all the vegetables and herbs that they planted months ago finally growing!

  • Denton County Master Gardener Association Visits!

    We had a very exciting visit from the Denton County Master Gardener Association last week. The children were able to do hands on activities with the gardener. They were able to learn things about gardening and even planted their own seeds to take home. We are excited about their future visits!

    Join us on Friday June 2nd for our Summer Kick Off party! We would like to invite you, your family and friends to our Family Movie Night from 8PM-10:30PM. We will be setting up an 18ft Movie Screen on our playground and playing Moana. We will be providing BBQ hot dogs, chips and water for the event. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and bug spray!
