Primrose School would love to meet your family.
Contact UsJon and Sharon Tanner and are the owners of the Primrose School of Edmond. We have been residents of Oklahoma City for over 45 years. In June of 2008 we opened the first Oklahoma Primrose School in the city of Edmond. The first time we toured a Primrose school we were very impressed with the curriculum, operational approach, and atmosphere. As we learned more about Primrose we became increasingly impressed with their balanced learning approach. We decided that while our children did not have the opportunity to attend a Primrose School, we could bring Primrose to Oklahoma and our families. Call now to register your child and begin a partnership that will enrich your child's future.

Aaron (dad) and Megan (mom) have lived in Edmond for 12 years. We love raising our two boys, Max (6) and Harrison (3) here and finding events to attend around town. The boys are full of energy and enjoy playing with their dog, Gus. Our family loves Disney World, the Science Museum, and movie nights at home. Harrison likes playing with cars, going to Chuck E. Cheese, and visits from his grandmas. We could not be happier with the choice we made for Harrison to attend Primrose!
To better meet the individual needs of every child, we’re proud to implement Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2) in Primrose schools across the country.
Mrs. Tanner received the award for Best in Edmond from Edmond Mayor, Charles Lamb
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
