Health & Safety Practices in Place

Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys and surfaces with industry recommended cleaning solutions and an EPA-listed COVID-19 disinfectant system effective against illness causing pathogens
Nine virus-killing UV filtration systems installed throughout the air conditioning systems of our school with added four-inch thick filters catching even the smallest particles and a fresh-air intake system designed specifically for our school to prevent the same air molecules from being recycled through our building
Seven virus-killing ionization systems (separate from the UV filtration systems mentioned above) installed throughout our classroom HVAC systems as an additional method of sanitizing our air systems
Commercial disinfectant air and surface fogging system used in classrooms after hours as needed
Requiring any children or staff with fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours without the help of fever reducing medications
Frequent hand washing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and in daily staff protocols
Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep symptoms of illness top of mind
Continuous health & safety training for all staff, including first aid and CPR certification
Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
