Refer a New Franchise Owner and We'll Pay $20k
Primrose Pays rewards Support Team Members who refer new prospective owners to join Primrose Schools. If you refer a new owner by December 31st, 2026, and they sign a franchise agreement within 12 months of the referral date, you’ll receive a $20,000 cash referral bonus ($10,000 upon signing and $10,000 upon opening), per the terms below.

Referral Submission
If you are referring more than one prospect, please use a separate form for each, unless they are related and intend to enter into the franchise together (e.g., husband and wife).
If multiple Support Center Team Members are submitting a referral for the same prospect together, please include all Support Center Team Member names and signatures on this form.
Eligibility Conditions:
The Support Team Member must be employed and not on a corrective action plan at the time of the referral and at the time of each payout, in order to be eligible. PSFC Executives (Vice President and above) are not eligible to receive a referral bonus under this program.
The referral must be submitted by December 31, 2026, using the Referral Form provided prior to the first sales call.
All individuals on the franchise agreement must be new owners. Existing owners cannot be on the new franchise agreement.
The franchise agreement must be for a new school and must be signed within twelve months of the referral date. Signing a franchise agreement for the purchase of a transfer school does not qualify for this program.
If multiple Support Center Team Members are involved in the referral, the bonus will be split equally between them. If multiple Support Center Team Members are submitting a referral for the same person together, please include both Support Center Team Member names and signatures on the Referral Form.
If multiple Support Center Team Members separately submit a Referral Form for the same prospect, the first form submitted will qualify for the referral bonus.
If any of the above conditions is not met, the referral will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
For a qualifying referral, Primrose Schools will pay the $20,000 referral bonus, to the referring Support Center Team Member in two parts: $10,000 within 30 days of the prospect signing a franchise agreement, and $10,000 within 30 days of the prospect opening their Primrose school under the franchise agreement. The Support Team Member must still be employed and not on a corrective action plan at the time of each payment, to be eligible to receive it. The payments will be made via ACH to a designated bank account. The payments will be reflected as income for tax purposes.
A referral bonus will only be paid once (in two installments) in connection with the first franchise agreement signed by a qualifying referral.
We reserve the right to terminate, cancel, or modify this Referral Program at any time.
