Primrose Pays rewards existing Franchise Owners who refer new prospective owners to join Primrose Schools. If you refer a new owner by December 31st, 2025, and they sign a franchise agreement within 12 months of the referral date, you’ll receive a $20,000 cash referral bonus.

NEW IN 2025: If you refer a prospective Franchise Owner in the California, Detroit, Kansas City, Memphis, or Phoenix markets, you could be eligible to receive a $30,000 referral bonus.

Eligibility Conditions:

The referral must be submitted by December 31, 2025, using the Referral Form provided prior to the first sales call.

All individuals on the franchise agreement must be new owners. Existing owners, including the person making the referral, cannot be on the new franchise agreement.

The franchise agreement must be for a new school and must be signed within twelve months of the referral date. Signing a franchise agreement for the purchase of a transfer school does not qualify for this program.

To be eligible for an increased referral bonus of $30,000, the franchise agreement must be for a new school in a Development Area in one of the following markets: California, Detroit, Kansas City, Memphis, or Phoenix markets.

If multiple Franchise Owners are involved in the referral, the bonus will be split equally between them. If multiple Franchise Owners are submitting a referral for the same person together, please include both Franchise Owner names and signatures on the Referral Form.

If multiple Franchise Owners separately submit a Referral Form for the same prospect, the first form submitted will qualify for the referral bonus.

If the franchise agreement for which a referral bonus is paid is terminated before a school opens, Primrose Schools is entitled to take back the referral bonus, and the referring Franchise Owner agrees to reimburse such amount.

The referring Franchise Owner must be in compliance with all Primrose Schools franchise agreements.

If any of the above conditions is not met, the referral will not be eligible for the referral bonus.

For a qualifying referral, Primrose Schools will pay the $20,000 referral bonus, or $30,000 for referrals in the California, Detroit, Kansas City, Memphis, or Phoenix markets, to the referring Franchise Owner within 30 days of the prospect signing a franchise agreement. The bonus will be paid via ACH to a designated bank account. Primrose Schools will issue a 1099 at year-end reflecting any referral bonus payments, and Franchise Owners are responsible for any related tax obligations

A referral bonus will only be paid once in connection with the first franchise agreement signed by a qualifying referral.
