Primrose Pays offers a referral fee to individuals who refer new prospective franchise owners to join Primrose Schools. If you refer a new prospective franchise owner by December 31, 2026, and they sign a franchise agreement within 12 months of the referral date, you’ll receive a $5,000 cash referral bonus per the terms below.

Primrose Pays is only a mechanism of seeking referrals of prospects that may be interested in the Primrose brand. All dealings with the referred prospects regarding the negotiation and sale of a franchise will be handled directly by Primrose. No individual is authorized as part of this program to perform such activities on Primrose’s behalf, and any such activities are expressly prohibited.

This program is available to individuals whom Primrose has made aware of the program, and who submit a referral using the form below, including agreeing to the terms and eligibility conditions.

If you are referring more than one prospect, please use a separate form for each, unless they are related and intend to enter into the franchise together (e.g., husband and wife). If multiple individuals are submitting a referral for the same prospect together, please include all names and signatures on this form.

Eligibility Conditions:

The referral must be submitted by December 31, 2026, using the Referral Form provided, prior to the first sales call Primrose has with the prospect.
The franchise agreement must be for a new school and must be signed within twelve months of the referral date. Signing a franchise agreement for the purchase of a transfer school does not qualify for this program. All individuals on the franchise agreement must be new franchise owners. Existing franchise owners cannot be on the new franchise agreement.

If multiple individuals separately submit a Referral Form for the same prospect, the first form submitted will qualify for the referral bonus.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the referral will not be eligible for the referral bonus.

For a qualifying referral, Primrose Schools will pay the referral bonus of $5,000 to the referring individual within 30 days of the prospect signing a franchise agreement. The bonus will be paid via ACH to a designated bank account. Primrose Schools will issue a 1099 at year-end reflecting any referral bonus payments, and referring individuals are responsible for any related tax obligations.

A referral bonus will only be paid once in connection with the first franchise agreement signed by a qualifying referral.

We reserve the right to terminate, cancel, or modify this Referral Program at any time.
