Shape Kind, Curious Lifelong Learners

At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. As a preschool or kindergarten teacher, you’ll bring this belief to life through our Balanced Learning® approach to shape curious, creative, confident and compassionate learners.

Children’s brains develop most rapidly during the early years of life. Preschool and kindergarten teachers at Primrose schools help make the most of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for children ages 3 to 6 years old. Children start by exploring early language and literacy skills and creative expressions like music, movement and art with your guidance. As they develop, you’ll introduce new intellectual challenges through basic math, science technology, and even engineering. But at a Primrose school, that’s just the beginning. You’ll also lead your students through character lessons where they’ll learn and practice honesty, kindness and generosity — and their big hearts will amaze you.

While daily lesson plans are provided, we’ve saved the best part of the job for you. You’ll form connections with students and get to know their learning styles so you can help them get the most out of every experience. With your nurturing guidance and our research-informed resources as your roadmap, you’ll see yourself and your students flourish.
