Primrose is 100% franchised, meaning every school is independently owned and operated by Franchise Owners most often residing in the communities their schools serve. Our school support center, or “Corporate Office”, is based in Atlanta, GA and we’re dedicated to providing service excellence by supporting over 400 schools across 29 states to provide children with the best and most trusted early education and care.
Our support center, located within minutes of the Battery and Suntrust Park, is home to over 130 team members that work in Marketing, Operations, Education, IT, Real Estate, Franchise Development, Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources.

Our business thrives supporting today’s working parent. We offer Primrose Team Members up to 50% tuition reimbursement for up to three children at any Primrose School. We are also proud to offer paid family leave when you welcome a new member to the family!

Balancing work and life can be challenging. We offer Primrose Team Members, in coordination with their leader, the opportunity to take advantage of flexible work arrangements.

Giving Without Expecting
Giving to others has been deeply rooted in our Primrose culture since our beginning and giving continues to be core to our values. We offer each Team Member the opportunity to take three days off each year to volunteer for a charity meaningful to them. We also provide on-site opportunities to give back.
Each Primrose school is a privately owned and operated franchise, and the respective Franchise Owner is the employer at each school. Franchise Owners set their own wage and benefit programs, which vary among Franchise Owners.
