Primrose School would love to meet your family.
Contact UsGreetings, I am Andrew Lund, the proud owner of Primrose School at Vista Lakes. I was first introduced to Primrose by my parents, John and JeLain Lund, when they relocated to Florida in 2001 to open the first Primrose in Orlando. The passion they share for the Balanced Learning Philosophy of Primrose soon rubbed off, and in 2006 I relocated with my wife, Kristy, to Orlando and joined my parents to launch Primrose School at Vista Lakes. As parents, Kristy and I recognize the tremendous effect a nurturing, age-appropriate, and academically centered early childhood program can have on a child. We saw the impact of Primrose's Balanced Learning Curriculum each and every day as we watched our two boys flourish and grow. Our daughter is medically fragile, and while she does not attend Primrose, it has opened our eyes first hand to the considerations and challenges facing special needs families. We are thrilled to partner with parents in the communities Vista Lakes and Lake Nona, and look forward to providing the best and most trusted early childhood education and care services that we possibly can. I hope to meet your family soon and show you the Primrose difference!
We are conveniently located on Lee Vista Blvd, right down the road from Vista Lakes Elementary School and ten minutes from Vista Pointe Elementary School. Unlike an ordinary daycare in Orlando, we provide your child with a robust early education and child care experience.
Infant, Toddler, Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, After School, Summer Adventure Club
At Primrose, your child will get more than an infant daycare experience. Our teachers help your child develop and grow, building one skill upon another, which is why we are the leader in infant child care.
We're fortunate to have served the communities of Vista Lakes, Lake Nona, and east Orlando for the past 10 years. We're still going strong, and look forward to partnering with many more families to meet their early childhood education and care needs!
Fostering a sense of belongingness has been a part of every day at Primrose for the past 40 years, and we’re excited to invite all families, from Primrose and beyond, to join in as we celebrate the annual National Day of Belongingness on September 29.
We're always seeking qualified, passionate educators. Submit a resume and application today to be considered for our next opening!
Try these easy at-home activities to promote character and social growth that will help children celebrate their similarities and differences, and help create connections with others.
HEALTHY HABITS
To better meet the individual needs of every child, we’re proud to implement Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2) in Primrose schools across the country.
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
