Primrose School would love to meet your family.
Contact UsHi, I am Julie Bowman. I am the proud owner and operator of the Primrose School at WestClay, the Primrose School at Bridgewater, the Primrose School at West Carmel, and the Primrose School at Grand Park. My husband Bryan and I have three beautiful children named Adelyn, Gavin, and Alaina. My love for my family and my passion for education are what drove me to open my Primrose School.
My lifelong dream has been to open a school of my own. After researching schools and the requirements to start my own, I stumbled upon Primrose Schools. I continue to be amazed by Primrose's outstanding approach to education, their accredited curriculum and their character development programs.
My professional career has been in education for the past 11 years with Hamilton Southeastern Schools. While with HSES, I worked as a special education teacher at the elementary and high school levels for 5 years, as an assistant principal for 3 years, and spent the last 3 years as the Principal at Sand Creek Intermediate School. I have a Bachelors Degree in Special Education, a Director of Special Education degree, a Masters in School Administration and have finished all coursework to receive my doctorate in education administration.
Westfield is an amazing community and I am pleased that I have had the opportunity to open the Primrose School at Grand Park. Our preschool is an outstanding school with NCA accredited curriculum. Our Primrose School is like no other private preschool in the state of Indiana. Please give us the opportunity to show you how much of a difference we can make in your children's lives. I promise you will not be disappointed!
We are conveniently located on Grand Park Boulevard, right down the street from Main Street and minutes away from Oak Trace Elementary School and Monon Trail Elementary School. Unlike an ordinary daycare in Westfield, we provide your child with a robust early education and child care experience.
Infant, Toddler, Early Preschool, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, After School, Summer Adventure Club
At Primrose, your child will get more than an infant daycare experience. Our teachers help your child develop and grow, building one skill upon another, which is why we are the leader in infant child care.
We are pleased to announce the installation of a air cleaning system called Global Plasma Solutions. We felt this investment was especially important during the current pandemic. GPS recently confirmed results that their system is effective against COVID-19. Global Plasma Solutions works to safely clean the air throughout the day.
Fostering a sense of belongingness has been a part of every day at Primrose for the past 40 years, and we’re excited to invite all families, from Primrose and beyond, to join in as we celebrate the annual National Day of Belongingness on September 29.
Congratulations on the recent or soon-to-be addition to your family! This time in life is full of so many decisions – from which diaper brand is best to which pediatrician to call – and all of them can be nerve wracking. But for many parents, the decision that often causes the most angst is, “Who will take care of my child while I’m at work?”
Try these easy at-home activities to promote character and social growth that will help children celebrate their similarities and differences, and help create connections with others.
When determining the best child care option for your family, tuition cost inevitably plays an important role. But it’s only one of the factors parents must consider, which is why researching and selecting child care options can feel like such an overwhelming decision.
To better meet the individual needs of every child, we’re proud to implement Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2) in Primrose schools across the country.
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
The first five years, where the brain is making connections at a rate of growth unlike any other time in life.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
Lately, everyone seems to be talking about STEAM. It’s a hot topic in the world of education and in the business community, but what does STEAM have to do with your preschooler?
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
There’s no greater joy than making a positive difference in the life of a child. At Primrose, we’re honored to have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the more than 50,000 children in our schools, and it’s a responsibility we don’t take lightly.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
How do we empower children to reach their full potential? Watch to learn more.
