Primrose Suburban School Site Criteria:

The ideal suburban Primrose site would include the following characteristics:

Size: Land – 60,000+ usable square feet; Building – 11,000 +/- square feet
Interior Setting: Eleven individual classrooms with a warming kitchen
Exterior Setting: Four age-appropriate playgrounds
Frontage: A minimum of 150 feet usable frontage preferred
Visibility: 100 feet from main facing artery in both directions
Access: Full-turn access into and out of property
Local Income: Middle to upper income
Children: 2,500 within three mile radius, ages 0 – 5

Primrose Urban School Site Criteria:

Primrose Schools®, widely recognized as The Leader in Educational Child Care®, is seeking locations in major urban markets. Primrose will consider lease or purchase opportunities for this requirement.

The ideal urban Primrose site would include the following characteristics:

Size: 10,000 square feet to 13,000 square feet
Type of Space: First floor above grade space for most of the premises
  • Direct access to a minimum of 5,000 square feet of flat outdoor area or fenced playground
  • Building or monument signage desirable
  • Build-out includes substantial plumbing requirements
  • Adequate staff parking and nearby drop-off and pick-up zone important
