My name is Meaghan Biddle, but everyone calls me Meg. I have lived in Wilmington for 21 years, and have worked in the field of early education for 18 of those years. I hold a B.A. in English from Guilford College and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from UNCW. Although my formal education was in writing, I quickly found that my real passion was working on behalf of children and families. I have four step-children myself, and I can see first hand how fundamental early childhood education is to development. I am excited to be joining the Primrose Leadership team and look forward to getting to know you and your child.
I have been working in Early Childhood education for over twenty years, and have worked with every age group and as an administrator. I have raised a daughter of my own and gotten to participate in the raising of hundreds of children. I look forward to meeting you and getting to be a part of your child’s life!
Hello, my name is Keva Bradley. I was born here in Wilmington and I have lived here all my life. I have three beautiful girls that I love dearly. I have been in the childcare field for 22 years. I love working with children because it gives me a chance to see them develop first hand, as they grow and flourish under our care. Many families rely on childcare so that they can work; they entrust us with their children to love and nurture, and I consider it a privilege to do so. I am so glad to be a part of the Primrose Team and can’t wait to see how many children’s lives we touch.

Hi my name is Jasmine. I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, but I have lived in Wilmington, NC for four and a half years now. I have been working in childcare off and on since I graduated from high school. I love infants and toddlers probably the most, because their developmental stages are the most exciting to witness.
I am currently in school at Cape Fear Community College; I am hoping to eventually transfer to UNCW and get my Master’s in Psychology. When I have free time, most of it goes to my 8 year old son and 8 year old stepson. Whatever’s left I throw to my husband and friends.

Hello, families! My name is Erica. I was born and raised here in Wilmington. I have a BA from UNCW in English. I began my career in Early Childhood volunteering while attending Laney High School. It was there that I fell in love with watching children explore the world around them. I also love interacting with families, especially helping new moms ease back into the workplace with confidence that their child’s teacher will love and care for them just as they would themselves. I have three little ones at home that are my everything (two girls and one boy who rules the house). If you ever have questions or concerns, please come and see me so that we can find the solution together.

My passion for childcare has spanned over six years with children of all ages- but basically all my life since I’m an older sister and cousin. I attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for Biology but found my true passion was to be in child care and education while there. On the weekends, I babysit, lead a church nursery, and I perform as Moana or Jasmine for parties! My goal as a teacher is to get to know each student and provide the love and the support they need to grow academically and emotionally and to help them have fun!

The Primrose School of Wilmington at Medical Center is independently owned and operated by Rob and Samantha Martin. The couple became interested in childcare as a business when they moved their growing family from Atlanta to Wilmington in 2016. They were unprepared for the limited number of options for quality childcare and long waitlists. This gap in the market led the Martins to start looking into opening their own school. Rob and Samantha were very impressed with the amount of support that Primrose provided new owners in addition to their proprietary Balanced Cirriculum. They knew that Wilmington would be a great place to open a Primrose school, and decided to bring the premium brand to the Port City. With the assistance of Primrose's real estate team, they found and purchased a childcare center that had recently closed in the midtown area. Over the course of the next 7 months, the building and outdoor spaces were completely renovated. The property was transformed and brought back to life along with many other properties in the hospital corridor. They re-opened the school as a Primrose in November 2020.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting from Georgia Tech. Rob has been an successful entrepreneur, and is bringing his aptitude for financial management and strategic planning to the school. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Minor in Finance from Indiana University. Samantha is a small business lender, and works with other business owners to start, grow, and expand their businesses.
Rob and Samantha are excited to deliver the Primrose Experience the the families of Wilmington!
