Health & Safety Practices in Place

Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours (extended to 48 hours with a doctor's note during pandemic)
Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys and surfaces
Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols (e.g., upon arrival, before/after meals, restroom, playground, etc.)
Posted handwashing procedures in all classrooms near sinks for staff and children
Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and signage placed in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered routinely
Low student-to-teacher ratios, eliminating combining children where feasible from different classrooms and maintaining proper amounts of outdoor time / playground equipment use coupled with routine disinfection of equipment
Continuous health & safety training for Franchise Owners and staff, including first aid and CPR certification (enhanced health and safety training for infection control and providing high quality childcare during pandemic)
Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
During pandemic, visual screening and temperature checks upon arrival and at least one other time per day for children and staff - removal should symptoms exist
Touch free child check-in via QR code feature on Procare app
External drop-off and pick-up of children
Nightly cleaning of all classrooms and common areas by professional cleaning company and during the pandemic Clorox Total 360 disinfection of entire school each weekend
During pandemic, campus is limited to current staff and enrolled children only (no outside visitors)
During pandemic, all stuff must cover their mouth and nose with a cloth face cover while in school / classroom and utilize hand sanitizer (>60% alcohol) stations in front office upon entry and exit
