Hello, my name is Kelsey Richardson, I am proud to be the Executive Director of Primrose West Plano. I have over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages in many different avenues. My belief is that all children are precious and unique and deserve a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, socially and emotionally. It is my desire to create an atmosphere where students can meet their full potential by ensuring every child feels safe, accepted and heard!

Hello, we are Kelly and Marti Davis, proud owners of The Primrose School of West Plano! We have been actively involved in our schools, providing nurturing child care and a strong educational foundation for children in the DFW area for nearly 18 years. After all these years, we still feel the passionate draw to serve parents and children, instilling a love of learning and giving back to the community, with our philosophy of “who children become is as important as what children know.”
We have been residents of Plano for 30 years, and are involved in area churches, charities and athletic endeavors. Our sons, Tad and Sean, graduated from Plano West and are involved in the family business along with their wives, Ashlee and Jessica. Three grandchildren are now proud Primrose students at The Primrose School of West Plano!
After 25 years in the retail business, we decided to give back to the community by offering excellent, educational childcare to the families of the DFW area in a way that was never available when we were working executives raising our boys. As young parents, we agonized over leaving our children in a setting that was less than perfect; it’s the hardest thing for parents to do, and we know that! We take pride in being able to offer exceptional early learning experiences and care to children in our community, and we are committed to delivering the best possible experience when it comes to your child’s education.
The leadership team and teachers in our schools are highly motivated, expertly trained, and loyal. They understand the importance of character development and instilling a love of learning throughout a child’s early years. The care they give our students is unmatched and will leave you with peace of mind while your children are in our care.
We are excited to provide the high-quality childcare and education necessary to prepare your children for future success in school and in life. Please come join us for the Primrose experience of a lifetime. We look forward to meeting you!
