Contact UsWelcome to Primrose Schools!
We are the proud owners, Robyn and Dalton Hayes, of Primrose School of Stetson Hills!
We made Colorado Springs our home in 2012 when we attended the Air Force Academy and continued our military service at Schriever Air Force Base and Peterson Space Force Base. After separating from the military and growing our family, we became passionate about early childhood education options and finding the best fit for our own children.
We struggled to find a school that could meet our expectations but were introduced to Primrose by Robyn's sister who has worked at a Primrose school for many years. We were fortunate to get an inside look at how the school was run and were quickly blown away by the unmatched curriculum, health and safety practices, and overall professionalism of the educators. Discovering Primrose inspired us to open the Stetson Hills location to bring high-quality early education and care to the community we love so much.
At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.
We are committed to equipping your child for success in school and in life. We look forward to meeting your family!
Molly is our sweet spotted cow who loves to count! As far as Molly’s concerned, everything we do at Primrose is fair game for counting, from the days of the week to the spots on her tummy. She especially likes counting with others. Molly teaches students the importance of treating others with respect at school, at home and beyond with acts like sharing toys and saying "please" and “thank you".
Come join us for our Trunk-or-Treat Open House from 3-6pm on October 20th! We will have police cars, candy, ...
Fostering a sense of belongingness has been a part of every day at Primrose for the past 40 years, and we’re excited to invite all families, from Primrose and beyond, to join in as we celebrate the annual National Day of Belongingness on September 29.
Try these easy at-home activities to promote character and social growth that will help children celebrate their similarities and differences, and help create connections with others.
To better meet the individual needs of every child, we’re proud to implement Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2) in Primrose schools across the country.
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
