Jim and Rachele Rank, owners and operators of Primrose School of Springs Ranch, believe their passion for the well-being of children is the driving force behind their decision to open a Primrose School, where children are not only cared for in a safe, loving, nurturing and quality environment, but are also receiving the educational component parents are looking for. As working parents, Jim and Rachele wanted the best care for their daughter, and that's what led them to Primrose. They wanted to shape not only her education, but ultimately the person she would become and they knew that Primrose would come alongside them in accomplishing this. When researching private preschools for their daughter, they knew her high-energy personality was going to require an environment where she would be engaged, stimulated and challenged everyday. Rachele was referred by a working mom who stated that Primrose was the best private preschool in Colorado Springs. The Ranks have been proud to call Colorado Springs home for the past 24 years. Rachele holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and has spent the majority of her working career in the high-tech industry. Jim has worked 24 years in the construction industry as a project manager. For the past two years Rachele has worked hands-on, involved in the day-to-day operations of the Primrose School her daughter attends. Jim and Rachele have experienced first hand the Primrose difference with their daughter.
