The director is genuinely invested in the well being of children, families, and teachers. They lead with the highest integrity. I worked there from the day the school opened and saw the quality education and interactions from teachers on a daily basis. This is a wonderful early learning program.

Primrose School of Schertz was truly an excellent place to work. I had some experience in early education before Primrose but once hired I received so much training that made me feel equipped for my first day in the classroom. It was easy to transition to this team because I was surrounded by other teachers who genuinely have a heart and passion for early childhood education. I was sad to leave this job after forming good relationships with my kiddos, their parents and staff.

Worked as a support staff for this Primrose school and my daughter attended. While there the owners and leadership staff were highly involved and supportive of a great working environment. As for my daughter she still remembers and talks fondly of her teachers. From my time working with them I would trust them with the care and safety of my daughter anytime because the staff truly care about the kids.

I absolutely love Primrose School of Schertz and I highly recommend it. I was happily employed here for 4 years! Unfortunately I moved out of the state. Everyone starting from the owner's to leadership and teachers are amazing individuals who only want the best for their employees and students. I'm truly grateful to have been part of the team and if i move back I would return back with the O'Connor's. Amazing place to work and to have your child attend!
