Our teachers and caregivers are trained, ready and excited to help spark lightbulb moments for your child. We invite you to visit and see our Balanced Learning approach in action
Hello, we are Ritu and Raj; the proud parents of our daughter, Aarya, and our son, Arohan. We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring Primrose School of Rockland to the South Shore community.
As parents, we understand the challenges of finding quality care for children that provides excellent caring, education, and a safe environment. We faced similar challenges and then we came across Primrose Schools. We were amazed by Primrose's outstanding approach to education, its accredited curriculum, and its character development programs. We were so pleased with our child’s progress in learning and growing that we decided to open our own Primrose school. Prior to Primrose, we were in corporate jobs serving different roles in the technology field. Opening Primrose School of Rockland provides us with the best opportunity to nurture children and align with our life’s purpose.
Who children become is as important as what they know is a belief that is at the core of our Balanced Learning® approach. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.
We are committed to providing the highest quality care and education to children. We are looking forward to providing your children with a home away from home, building wonderful relationships with you, and serving the community.
We are excited to meet you and your family!
We are conveniently located on Hingham St, right down the road from Thomas W Hamilton Primary school and ten minutes from Jefferson Elementary. Unlike an ordinary daycare in Rockland, we provide your child with a robust early education and child care experience.
Infant, Toddler, Early Preschool, Preschool Pathways, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten
At Primrose, your child will get more than an infant daycare experience. Our teachers help your child develop and grow, building one skill upon another, which is why we are the leader in infant child care.
Our Preschool and Pre-K programs nurture curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion. A-B-C. 1-2-3. Your preschooler begins to connect letters, sounds, and numbers, expanding their world through reading and math, building critical thinking skills, early physical fitness, and nutrition. ** For a limited time, we are offering a Holiday Special for our Preschool and Pre-K Programs! New families only enroll by January 31 st and receive $100 off your first three months of tuition! ** #Enrolltoday #nowenrolling #preschool #prek
For all the joy the holiday season brings, there’s also some stress that comes along with it. From clearing calendar space to avoiding sugar overload, try these tips to put the focus back on family and fun.
Maybe it’s an early bedtime or a present they thought should be bigger. It doesn’t take much to bring on stomping feet and cries of “That’s not fair!” but these three tips can help.
It’s December, which means it’s time for our national Caring and Giving Food Drive! Read our blog to find fun ways you can help your child lead their own family food drive at home.
To better meet the individual needs of every child, we’re proud to implement Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2) in Primrose schools across the country.
Our new exclusive Harmony & Heart® program integrates our proprietary music and books in a variety of thoughtful ways each day. Through learning about music, while simultaneously being exposed to concepts in math, language, and character development, your child will grow as a musician, a student, and a person.
Each Primrose school is held to high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
There’s no question that parents want their preschoolers to grasp the basics of colors, numbers and letters to foster a lifetime of learning.
It might seem odd to think about your preschooler exploring data analysis and algebra.
It's a fact: children learn better when they are engaged. That's why purposeful play and nurturing guidance from teachers are key components of Balanced Learning. See how this time-tested approach with a strong emphasis on life skills and character development can help your child develop and excel.
